Stiletto Street Fighter Stops Court Packing in its Tracks

As the Biden-Harris regime took a slow walk approach to packing the Supreme Court through its’ “Commission to Reform The Supreme Court” and was promptly one-upped by Democratic-Socialist Congressman an unexpected fight has developed… with Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA), Congressmen Jerry Nadler (D-NY), Hank Johnson (D-GA) and Mondaire Jones (D-NY) thought they were really making waves when they strode to the steps of SCOTUS and brashly exclaimed they were presenting a bill to add four new Justices to the bench. There’s one problem, four of them work in Nancy’s house and they neglected to get the Queen “Streetfighter’s” blessing.

“I have no intention to bring it to the floor,” she said.

Boom. Somebody note the time of death on this one, its done.

It seems that these four Congressmen and a Senator didn’t really bother to consult ANY of the DNC leadership before they jumped up eager to please their Biden-Harris overlords.

The Daily Beast reports,

“Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), the chair of the House Democratic Caucus and a senior member of the House Judiciary Committee, said the party’s leadership team hadn’t discussed the legislation—at all.

“I haven’t heard too much about it one way or the other,” Jeffries, who has not taken a position on adding seats, told The Daily Beast. “No one within the Democratic caucus has said anything to me about it yet… We just had a leadership meeting, and this didn’t come up.”

Republicans Immediately Rally

Republicans predictably reacted very badly to the push from the group led by Nadler, an infamous Congressman who led Congressional investigation efforts against President Trump.

“Nothing symbolizes liberal overreach more than packing the court,” said a senior Senate GOP aide. “The American people recoil at the idea. It was too radical during Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s presidency, and if Joe Biden wants to maintain any claim of being a moderate he ought to shoot this down immediately.”

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) Tweeted: “Packing the court is an act of arrogant lawlessness. Those behind this effort spit in the face of judicial independence.”

Nadler’s Delusional Court Packing Hope

Congressman Nadler seems to be holding on to a thin hope though despite a devastating “K.O.” rebuke from the House Speaker. When asked about her answer, he claimed she hadn’t ruled it out completely.

“Speaker Pelosi is a very good judge of events, and of history,” said Nadler. “And I believe that as events unfold and the court comes down with decisions obstructive of a woman’s right to choose, as they come down with decisions obstructive to the climate, as they come down with decisions obstructive to civil liberties, I believe that Speaker Pelosi and others will come along.”

Nadler seems to forget that this is the bench that handed Democrats the White House and the Senate de facto through their unwillingness to hear Texas v. Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan & Pennsylvania. Why so hostile on the body that ultimately thrust your party into power? Pelosi understands this dance and realizes that staying in the bench’s good graces is crucial to the Democrats’ success. A failed attempt to pack the court could jeopardize everything, and Biden has been silent due to his clearly more subtle attempt to slow-roll this through an Executive commission. Point blank: this was an amateur hour move, and Pelosi stomped on them.
