Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has called out the Biden administration’s HHS for becoming a “collaborator in child trafficking,” sex trafficking, and slavery.

Kennedy made the remarks during a White House Cabinet meeting on April 30, where he thanked President Donald Trump for his “extraordinary leadership” during the first 100 of his administration.

He began the discussion by highlighting how the HHS and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had announced that all petroleum-based food dyes would be banned from the U.S. food supply — something that health advocates had been demanding for some time now.

“Thank you for your extraordinary leadership over the past 100 days. We are already making America healthy again,” Kennedy said. “We announced last week the ban on the nine petroleum-based synthetic dyes — food dyes, within two years. Within two months, we’re going to ban the worst two of them. I am working with Secretary Rollins on dietary guidelines, the dietary guidelines that the Trump — that President Biden’s administration gave us, 453 pages, they are basically unreadable.”

Kennedy then pointed out that he is also working with Department of Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins “on the SNAP program” in order to eliminate sodas and candies from being available via the program, as well as working with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin to “change the federal fluoride regulations.”

He went on to highlight the issue of human trafficking.

“We have ended HHS, as the role as the vector — the principal vector in this country for child trafficking,” Kennedy said. “During the Biden administration, HHS became a collaborator in child trafficking and for sex and for slavery. And, we have ended that, and we are very aggressively going out and trying to find these children — 300,000 children that were lost by the Biden administration.”

While the news that Kennedy had ended HHS’s role in human trafficking was a bombshell, it was completely unsurprising news that the Biden administration had been facilitating human trafficking, as numerous news outlets, including Breitbart News, reported on the trafficking problem last year.

Highlighting testimony from HHS whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas, Breitbart News’s John Binder reported in November 2024 that the Biden administration had created a “white glove delivery service” in which the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) took illegal alien children into custody at the border and handed them over to the HHS, where they were then sent to traffickers.

“During testimony this month before two subcommittees of the House Homeland Security Committee, Tara Lee Rodas detailed the process by which the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) takes custody of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) at the southern border before they are handed over to HHS custody, which then places them with adult sponsors in the U.S.,” the report read.

Rohas noted that these children were “preparing to work grueling overnight shifts in slaughterhouses, restaurants, and factories,” and added that “some children may die today in jobs they don’t have the knowledge or skills to do in order to repay never-ending debts to their smugglers and traffickers.”

The whistleblower also noted that children were “being sold for sex,” adding: “For at least a decade, HHS has been responsible for the suffering of countless children.”
