Senator Chuck Schumers Hopes Fading Fast

Polls may have been telling Senator Chuck Schumer and his comrades exactly what they wanted to hear, rather than what was actually happening.

Despite multiple examples of voter fraud, irregularities in vote counting, shady situations at polling places, and widespread unsolicited mail-in voting, all of which leaned in favor of the Democrat party, Democrats still did not see the gains that polls predicted.

Democrats needed to flip at least four Republican seats, and many polls predicted that they would. They even wasted $88 million on Amy McGrath, a candidate who had no chance to win in her race against Senator Mitch McConnell. They somehow believed that they could actually beat Republicans in safely red districts, and it was all because of the media.

In reality, Republicans managed to hold on to all but two of the twelve seats that were thought to be competitive, losing one seat in Colorado and one in Arizona. Republicans also flipped one seat in Miami held by a Democrat.

Schumer and other Democrats somehow believed they could retake the Midwest, but so far Republicans in Iowa, Texas, and Montana have held their ground. Senator Lindsey Graham won his seat in South Carolina easily, and Democrat Cal Cunningham, who is embroiled in a sexting scandal, just conceded in his failed race against Senator Thom Tillis of North Carolina.

Georgia has just declared a runoff in both of its Senate races. Susan Collins held onto her Senate seat in Maine, as did Dan Sullivan in Alaska.

The main goal for Republicans at the moment is the Michigan Senate seat, as there have been numerous allegations of irregularities in voting in the battleground state. No recount has been ordered as of yet, but many believe it is necessary due to the allegations. Democrat Senator Gary Peters has been declared the winner by the mainstream media, but Republican Senate candidate John James is running a close race.

Democrats need to win at least two additional seats to make the balance 50/50.
