A Principal of a private school in New York City sent middle-school parents an insane, racist pamphlet calling upon them to become “white traitors” and ultimately “white abolitionists”. It’s straight out of the Black Lives Matter. This outrage was revealed by the Director of the Center on Wealth & Poverty at Discovery Institute and writer at the Manhattan Institute’s City Journal, Christopher Rufo.
Rufo wrote,
“This is the new language of public education.”
SCOOP: The principal of East Side Community School in New York sent white parents this "tool for action," which tells them they must become "white traitors" and then advocate for full "white abolition."

Daily Caller News Foundation reported,
“The correspondence sent to white parents at East Side Community School is a “tool for action,” helping white people to gauge their status in “white identity” beginning at “white supremacist” and ultimately reaching “white abolition,” where one strives to “change institutions, dismantle whiteness, and not allow whiteness to reassert itself,” according to Rufo’s tweet.”
The Racial Activist Principal Against White -ness
Mark Federman, Principal of the East Side Community School sent the pamphlet to parents on the lower east side of Manhattan. According to the Daily Mail, “The curriculum on which the documents were based was developed by Barnor Hesse, an Associate Professor of African American Studies, Political Science, and Sociology at Northwestern University, according to the New York Post. The graphics themselves appear to have been developed by the Slow Factory Foundation, a nonprofit group dedicated to climate change and race advocacy.”
‘There is a regime of whiteness, and there are action-oriented white identities, and there are action-oriented white identities. People who identify with Whiteness are one of these. It’s about time we build an ethnography of whiteness, since white people have been the ones writing about and governing others.’ Hesse wrote above the eight-point list. This is what our children are being indoctrinated to believe.
Federman, during an acceptance speech for the 2016 Blackboard Awards in December gave a window into his leftist ideology when he said
“On the morning of November 9th the day after election many people New York City woke dazed and confused and honestly very scared. I too was tired and scared and unsure of how I was going to make it through the day.”
Mr. Federman clearly illustrates precisely what is wrong with our nation’s education system. He is a leftist activist, leading a staff of leftist activists, grooming leftist activists. He continued,
“Finding a good school or the ‘right school’ for our kids may be the hardest and the most stressful part of raising a child in the city. Unfortunately, this is easier friends for some families than others. It is no secret that the New York City school system, and I include public private charter independent and parochial schools in that definition, is one of the most racially and economically segregated systems in our country we also know from the Supreme Court’s 1954 unanimous decision and our own common sense that separate is inherently unequal.”
Infused With “Social Justice”

The Missing 9th Identity that Refutes the Rest
Despite how wildly inappropriate this material is within a classroom, it must be said that the best disinfectant is sunlight. Which if nothing else shows how active and attentive parents need to be to their children’s curricula.
For the sake of argument we’re going to play along. Because, interestingly Hesse’s “8 White Identities” are missing a key 9th variety. Which we’re going to help with:
9. Realist – Completely refutes and rejects the widely debunked narratives of ‘White Supremacy’ and ‘White Privilege’ and ‘Whiteness’ as defined by baseless Social Justice and Critical Race Theories. Understands these narratives as a progressive-socialist manipulation tactic postulated by Marx to divide the American people. Understands that all people are created equal and endowed by their creator with unalienable rights. celebrates religious, cultural and racial differences by experiencing them through food, entertainment, fashion, music, open discussion and free debate on objective merits and drawbacks. Is a free speech absolutist, understanding that open, uncensored discourse is crucial for society. Need not be white or even American, can be of any race, creed, color or religion. Most crucially: knows that all people are entitled to equal opportunity, not equality of outcome. Accepts the choices and rights of others so long as they do not infringe upon their own rights. As Jefferson said in Notes on Virginia in 1782 “If it doesn’t break my leg nor pick my pocket, then what difference is it to me?”
There, Fixed it for you.
