We’ve frequently heard if Conservatives or republican politicians invoke their Fifth Amendment rights, it implies they are “guilty.” Not to set a double standard here, given that turnabout is most assuredly fair play, what precisely are five well-known associates of “the smartest woman in the world” Hillary Clinton and her campaign attempting to conceal?
Apparently, those five Clinton ‘associates’ have now invoked their Fifth Amendment rights and are declining to cooperate with Special Counsel John Durham, according to a recent federal court filing in Washington, D.C., according to a Breitbart report.
You might remember that Sussmann has been charged with lying to the FBI in 2016 when he informed the FBI about false ties in between then-candidate Donald Trump and the Russian federal government by means of a Moscow-based bank, Alfa Bank.
And now, Michael Sussmann is headed to court on May 16th … The legal procedures will likely expose far more than we presently understand, and with that, more indictments will likely follow thereafter#.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley reported:
Recently, Durham revealed extremely damaging evidence against Sussmann. However, this is the first full description of the Clinton associates refusing to cooperate under the Fifth Amendment.
Durham noted that he gave immunity to an individual identified only as “Research 2.” He then noted that this was made necessary by the refusal to cooperate by key Clinton associates
He commented on the filing as follows:
“[Durham] is now moving to give immunity to a key witness while revealing that the claims made by the Clinton campaign were viewed by the CIA as “not technically plausible” and “user created.” He also revealed that at least five of the former Clinton campaign contractors/researchers have invoked the Fifth Amendment and refused to cooperate in fear that they might incriminate themselves in criminal conduct.”

Durham’s filing indicates that the government wishes to introduce evidence of communications between the “Clinton Campaign leadership” and “Campaign Lawyer-1,” who is widely presumed to be Elias, about the Alfa Bank hoax.
