BLM Loving Judge Gives 28 DESTRUCTIVE BLM RIOTERS a FREE WALK While Patriots are TARGETED

Detroit’s attempts to prosecute this summer’s destructive BLM rioters has run afoul of Judge Larry Williams, Jr. Judge Williams has dismissed all charges against 28 BLM rioters arrested during the city’s violent demonstrations which followed the deliberate media manipulation of several police-involved shootings in 2019-20.

John Royal, President of the National Lawyers Guild chapter in Detroit and defense attorney for the 28 BLM rioters spoke to michiganradio.org. Royal said he asked judges to dismiss these cases because Detroit’s attorney’s have withheld evidence.

“This is the first dismissal of a large group of cases en masse, specifically for the failure of the city, or the inability of the city to provide discovery of information necessary to prepare a defensive trial,”

According to the Metro Times, “Judge Larry Williams Jr. tossed the cases after the city of Detroit failed to provide discovery of information, including the identities of arresting officers and body cam footage, that could be used during a trial.”

From all appearances, both the city of Detroit and Judge Williams are playing softball with the violent BLM mob which caused millions in damages this summer. It really makes you look harder at how those arrested following the far less costly in lives and damage, Capitol breach are being treated.

For Comparison: Consider #BuffaloMan, the ‘Q Shaman’ a Peaceful, Non-Destructive Demonstrator

Mr. Jacob Chansley, also known as Jake Angeli or ‘Qanon Shaman’ revealed through exclusive video to be a true Trump supporter and not a member of Antifa, was denied bail and will be held pending trial. Chansley by comparison is being made example of, indeed the federal prosecutors are ‘throwing the book at him’.

According to ABC 15,

“Chansley faces a six-count federal indictment, including two felonies and four misdemeanors:

  • Civil disorder
  • Obstruction of an official proceeding
  • Entering and remaining in a restricted building
  • Disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building
  • Violent entry and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building
  • Parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building”

Notes in the US Attorney’s Brief in Support of detention for Chansley says it all “He is the shaman of a dangerous extremist group, putting his beliefs into action by attempting to violently overthrow the United States government. His history and characteristics require detention.” Due to Chansley’s deeply held religious beliefs (which while unorthodox are no less valid than others), his conviction that the United States has been corrupted and indeed overthrown by globalist elites (which many respected conservatives have come to share) Jake is the perfect target of the federal government’s wrath. He’s white, conservative, a naval veteran, deeply spiritual, patriotic and passionate.

Like so many on Jan. 6th the only thing he did wrong was follow a crowd into the Capitol building, shout, chant, take pictures and video. But BLM’s opportunistic looters, rioters and destructive demonstrators? Dismissed on all charges. Does that seem right to you?
