The conservative majority on the U.S. Supreme Court just slapped down Imperial Leader Joe Biden. Hard. They smacked him around like a rap star’s girlfriend over the way he opened up the gates along the border to intentionally allow an invasion of illegal aliens into the American heartland. Nobody knows how many terrorists are coming across with them. ISIS may already have sleeper cells hidden from coast-to-coast.
Court orders send them back!
The United States Supreme Court stamped “return to sender” on a whole bunch of illegal aliens and is letting border agents start shipping them back across the line to wait their turn to come in.
The two-thirds majority firmly denied a request from the Palace Ministry of Justice, (formerly the DOJ), to block the Trump era policy of Remain in Mexico. On Tuesday evening, August 24, SCOTUS issued a 6-3 decision, split along party lines, which will allow the Migrant Protection Protocols to pop back in place immediately.
The palace wanted to keep the borders wide open while the lawyers drag the issue out endlessly. The lawsuit filed by Texas and Missouri will crawl its way through the courts for a year or more.
That’s not a problem now, thanks to a conservative majority on the Supreme Court who still believe in the Constitution and American Nationalism. They blocked the efforts of the New World Order to erase all the frontiers and have one big happy planetary government, run by the Rothschilds.
The infamously liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals originally blocked the Remain in Mexico Policy because it “drastically reduced the amount of border crossings.”
The Trump administration fought back tooth and nail until the Ninth Circuit backed down and “later granted the Trump Administration a stay on the program, for fear of creating an influx on the southern border.” One like the invasion which is happening now.
SCOTUS says: Stay denied
Chief Justice John Roberts was joined by Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Coney-Barrett to form the majority with liberals Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan in favor of globalism. “The application for a stay presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied.” The palace “failed to show a likelihood of success” on their claim. That’s crucial.
It implies that the memorandum rescinding the Migrant Protection Protocols was “arbitrary and capricious.” In other words, the liberals did it just because they wanted to, not because there was a valid reason for it.
The fight really heated up back in April when His Wisdom and the imperial palace “announced it would end Remain in Mexico.” That’s when Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed their lawsuit in court.
In it, they argued, “the Department of Homeland Security had unlawfully made the decision” to stop the program. They were herding covid infected illegals straight to the Greyhound stations and let them go wherever they wanted from there.
A few weeks ago, Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk, a Texas Trump appointee, “ordered the Biden administration to reinstate Remain in Mexico.” Biden and the palace freaked out and challenged that in court, asking for a freeze of the order, which would let them keep the invasion flowing.
Last week, a three judge panel with the Fifth Circuit “denied Biden’s request.” That meant that Remain in Mexico was supposed to start back up this past Saturday. Now, thanks to SCOTUS, it will.
