A supermodel and former Victoria’s Secret Angel is taking a lot of heat from the left after saying that she will not be forced to take the vaccine, but she is not backing down.
In a defiant social media post, supermodel Doutzen Kroes, 36, stated that she will not be getting the COVID vaccine.
Following a six month self-imposed break from social media, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel said that others had inspired her to speak her truth and take a stand against forced vaccination.
“I will not be forced to take the shot. I will not be forced to prove my health to participate in society. I will not accept exclusion of people based on their medical status,” Kroes wrote.
“Freedom of speech is a right worth fighting for but we can only solve this united in peace and love!” she continued.
“Pass on the torch of hope and love and speak your truth,” Kroes concluded.
Her post received over 342,000 likes on Instagram, and over 48,000 comments, many of which were leftists screaming at her for taking a public stance “against vaccines.”
Of course, Kroes never said she was against vaccines, she just said that she personally wasn’t getting vaccinated, and that she didn’t believe that people should be forced to. But the truth rarely matters to the left.
Luckily, Kroes had at least one defender in her corner: fellow supermodel Gisele Bündchen, who chastised the people that were attacking Kroes on Instagram.
“I know Doutzen and she is a kind and loving person. I can’t believe the hate being directed at her because she expressed her feelings,” Bündchen wrote. “It saddens me to see all the judgment and the lack of empathy in so many peoples hearts. Hate is not the answer.”
“I invite you to silence your mind and go deep within to find love in your heart so we can all unite in peace and create harmony in our lives and in our world,” she added. “We need it more than ever.”
