Just one day before the party convention, the Democrat National Committee (DNC) released its 2024 platform without removing mentions of President Joe Biden’s second term.
According to the DNC, the party’s 2024 platform was passed by the Platform Committee on July 16 — just five days before Biden dropped out of the presidential race and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as the party’s nominee. Despite having several weeks to make changes and push the platform through for a second vote, the Democrats apparently decided to keep it as is.
During the convention that began on August 19, Democrat Party delegates are slated to vote on the policy platform despite the fact that Harris has replaced Biden.
The 92-page 2024 Democrat Party platform states: “President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats are running to finish the job. To grow our economy from the middle out and bottom up, not the top down. To reward work, not wealth. To lower costs. To tackle the climate crisis, lower energy costs, and secure energy independence. To protect communities and tackle the scourge of gun violence. To secure the border and fix the broken immigration system. To advance the President’s Unity Agenda. To strengthen American leadership worldwide.”
The platform also expresses support for dangerous and irreversible gender mutilation drugs and procedures, including for children.
The DNC platform promises that Democrats will oppose bans on s*x change surgery and irreversible and harmful puberty blockers and hormone drugs for kids.

Based on this platform, it appears that Biden was running on fixing the problems that he actually caused and exacerbated during his first term. If Harris agrees with this platform, she will put herself in the awkward position of running against her own administration and having to defend herself to the voters for creating these problems — while also defending her inability to fix the problems while still in the White House.
Meanwhile, Harris has thus far refused to lay out a full policy platform for herself in the four weeks since beginning her campaign. She has listed zero policies on her website, but has mentioned a few policies to the media — including two that she stole from former President Donald Trump: no tax on tips and an increased child tax credit.

The statement comes as Harris is also trying to steal Trump’s stance on a secure border.

The rest of her economic policy goals are outright Soviet-style communism — including price controls, which have led to famine and scarcity everywhere that they have been tried.
Kamala Harris is literally proposing price controls on food.
In 2013, Kamala’s mentor, Marxist Tyrant Nicolás Maduro became president of Venezuela and instituted price controls as part of his efforts to curb what he described as corporate greed within the country.

Social media users brutally mocked the DNC for not updating the party platform to reflect their new nominee, with the official Trump War Room account sharing screenshots of several times that “Biden’s second term” was mentioned.
“In the just released Democrat Party platform, ‘Biden’s second term’ appears a grand total of 19 times. It’s hilarious incompetence but it’s also the truth. Kamala’s presidency would be a Biden second term. A continuation of his broken economy, broken border, and broken world,” the post read.
