Sting Operation: Disney Employees Arrested Amongst Many Others

sting

At least two Disney employees were netted in a mass roundup of 17 pedophile perverts and possibly a third. The undercover sting operation recently executed in Florida made their streets a whole lot safer. Detectives assigned to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office aren’t just sitting around munching donuts. From July 27 to the first of August they teamed up with local law enforcement to go heavily on the offensive. “Operation Child Protector” was a huge success.

Unlawful sexual activity sting

The Polk County sting operation started with detectives posing “as juveniles on social media platforms, mobile apps, and online dating sites.” It’s amazing how fast the predatory scum starts sniffing the bait.

These detectives were looking for the ones sick enough to “prey upon and travel to meet children for unlawful sexual activity.”

Once Operation Child Protector was in full swing, they rounded up the troops. “Detectives from the Auburndale Police Department, Orlando Police Department, Winter Haven Police Department, and Orange County Sheriff’s Office participated” in the sting.

Each and every one of the twisted deviants were certain they were about to hook up with “children between the ages of 13 and 14 for sex acts.” All they had to do was show up.

What the pedophiles didn’t know was that the meeting spot was “an undercover location in Polk County.” As one-by-one they appeared for their play dates, they were greeted at the door by frisky detectives.

Some of the accused had been thoughtful enough to provide photographic evidence ahead of the sting “while grooming and soliciting the children online, and they were appropriately charged for that as well.”

Perverts face 49 felony counts

Between all 17 suspects, police filed a grand total of 49 felony and two misdemeanor charges in the aftermath of the sting. Most were charged with “traveling to meet a minor for sex, attempted lewd battery, use of a computer to seduce a child, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, and transmission of material harmful to a child” Six brought condoms.

Nine have criminal records. Except for one pervert visiting from California, they were “all from the central Florida area.” Two were employees of Disney and a third associated with the resort if not an actual employee.

34-year-old Jonathan McGrew of Kissimmee was grooming a 13-year-old girl, asking her to “come to his apartment and have sex with him and his girlfriend, Savannah Lawrence.” He sent videos of them going at it like rabbits.

He also tagged another detective posing as a 14-year-old. While grooming her he admitted both he and Savannah “are custodians at Walt Disney World Hollywood Studios.” Savannah and Jonathan took an uber to the sting and were arrested together.

26-year-old Kenneth Javier Aquino of Orlando sent “an explicit video of himself” to a detective who was posing as a 13-year-old girl. He went to the sting party as soon as he got off work. “He told deputies that he is a lifeguard at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Walt Disney World. When he arrived at the undercover location he was still wearing his Disney polo shirt, swimming trunks, and Crocs.”

He told detectives he “is a Navy veteran and has a pregnant girlfriend.” Then, there’s 33-year-old Jarrod Justice of Los Angeles. He “promised to bring condoms” to visit a 13-year-old. When he arrived at the undercover location with the condoms, she asked him to bring him some candy, so he drove to a store and bought her some Sour Patch Kids.” He was “married and he works[ed] at Best Buy.”
