Soros Replacement Emerges from The Depths of the Swamp

A replacement for the aging far-left financier George Soros has emerged from the depths of the swamp, and he’s just as dangerous as his predecessor.

New reports indicate that George Soros turned over the reins of his Open Society Foundation to others, and has left the political arena to “die in private.” But many are wondering, who will take his place? One name has begun to circulate as a possible heir: Hansjörg Wyss.

According to The New York Times, Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss “has quietly become one of the most important donors to left-leaning advocacy groups.” Though he is nowhere near as well-known as Soros, he apparently wields a lot of influence.

The New York Times notes that Wyss’ “political activism is channeled through a daisy chain of opaque organizations that mask the ultimate recipients of his money.” This may sound familiar, as it appears to be the way that the majority of left-wing organizations and funds operate.

It’s plainly obvious that far-left activists are well-organized and well-funded, regardless of whether their ideas or beliefs are well thought out or completely counterintuitive. Despite the fact that most of these activists are unemployed gender studies majors with no marketable skills, they somehow can always afford to be traveling to other states to “protest.” There is always some shadow group bailing their activists out of jail, and funding their cross-country trips to riot in other states. Where do these shadow groups get their funding? The answer is obvious: far-left financiers like George Soros, Tom Steyer, and now Hansjörg Wyss. “Wyss has quietly become one of the most important donors to left-leaning advocacy groups and an increasingly influential force among Democrats,” says the New York Times. They are right.

The Times goes on to note that Wyss, 85, had a hand in helping “Democrats in their efforts to win the White House and control of Congress last year.” Newly obtained tax filings reveal that two of Wyss’ organizations donated $208 million from 2016 to 2020 to far-left causes. Unsurprisingly, the money was funneled through three other nonprofit funds which were in charge of doling out the money to several far-left activist groups. That’s a common Democrat tactic, disguising their funding by using nonprofit groups.

Even worse is the fact that Wyss has several operatives within the Biden administration. According to the New York Times, multiple officials from his organizations worked on the Biden transition team, and several have joined the administration. This is not surprising either, as Democrats like Joe Biden are often connected to the out-of-touch elites of the world.

Wyss’ connections run even deeper than just Biden. According to reporting by Deep State Rabbit Hole:

Wyss also has some creepy connections to the Clintons. Wyss money goes to “groups that seek to influence the political debate in a manner that aligns with Democrats and their agenda, including the Center for American Progress, a liberal think tank where Mr. Wyss sits on the board.” The really spooky part is that “The organization was started by John D. Podesta, a top White House aide to Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.” Podesta was also on the Wyss Foundation payroll as “an adviser.”

Wyss also donated millions of dollars to groups that “sought to block Mr. Trump’s nominees, prove he colluded with Russia and push for his impeachment,” says the New York Times.

It is obvious to anyone that is paying attention that people like Soros and Wyss are a threat to true American values. They work behind the scenes, pulling the strings of these ground-level activists in order to push their radical agenda and gain more power.

They don’t actually care about these people, they just want to get their way. So far, Wyss has been able to stay under the radar, while Soros is a regular topic of conversation among conservatives.

But all of that is changing as Wyss makes more moves out in the open. The question is: how can the left continue to portray themselves as a grassroots “for-the-people” movement when they are clearly being bankrolled by out-of-touch elites whose motives are hidden from the public?
