CNN is in the news again, as ANOTHER producer has been revealed to be a pedophile. Project Veritas has released a new exposé including calls and text messages from the producer, who was openly fantasizing about sexual acts with his 14 year old step daughter, and other underage girls.
Crimes At CNN
First, CNN network television host Chris Cuomo got fired for using his connections at the network to attempt to dig up dirt on women that were accusing his brother, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, of sexual assault.
Then, CNN producer John Griffin, who had previously worked with Cuomo, was arrested and charged with three counts of using a facility of interstate commerce to attempt to entice minors to engage in unlawful sexual activity.
In July of 2020, Griffin allegedly lured a mother and her 9 year old daughter to his home, paying for for them to fly from Nevada to Boston. He then drove them to his Vermont home, where the child was “directed to engage in, and did engage in, unlawful sexual activity,” according to the indictment against him.
There were several other instances of Griffin trying to lure other mothers and their young daughters to participate in similar acts, according to the indictment.
More Pedophilia Uncovered
Another alleged pedophile has been discovered at CNN, according to a recent Project Veritas exposé that includes text messages, audio recordings, and videos which were obtained by a woman who was involved in a relationship with the CNN producer for over a decade.
The woman, Janine Banani, is a case manager for victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
She has claimed that she obtained the information for the police, but chose to contact Project Veritas because she was worried that the police were not going to take any actions against the alleged pedophile.
Speaking with Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe, Banani said that she felt “disgusted” and that she needed to come forward because “these people with power seem to get away with it.”
In one text exchange, the CNN employee told Banani that his fiancé’s daughter “was wearing very closely cut bottoms at the pool,” and uses extremely graphic and disturbing language to describe how he could see the outline of her private parts.
Banani talked about how disturbed she was by the conversations she had with him, telling O’Keefe: “I feel disgusted. I feel dirty and I reply [to the texts] you know, it’s, it’s your girl’s kid like your girlfriend’s kid. Usually every time we text, it’s always about him wanting to see me and his stepdaughter together.”
Other text messages and audio recordings provided by Banani were too disturbing and sickening to quote.
According to Project Veritas, the organization’s “first course of action was to reach out to authorities. Following that, we reached out to the mother of the children to ensure their safety. Project Veritas then reached out to his employer, CNN, to inform them of the situation and give them the opportunity to comment. As of this press release, we are still awaiting a response.”
