We have a mother and daughter murdered, and law enforcement and the other investigators are doing everything they can to catch the culprit.
Apparently, authorities in Michigan are looking for the husband of a woman who had been found dead along with her daughter on Christmas Day.
Police sources in Michigan are searching for the husband after the woman and her daughter were found dead in their home.
Law enforcement sources in Detroit told WSVZ that Elanie Fizer, 57, and her 13-year-old daughter were found deceased in their Detroit home on Christmas day. Investigators classified both of these deaths as a homicide, and Elaine’s other daughter told the news station that both of these victims had been shot. This is something that police have not publicly confirmed.
“I called her to show her the Christmas gift we got the kids. She didn’t answer,” Elaine’s daughter Margaret Shively told the news station. “I called over and over again until I got here,” she said.
According to Crime Online, police have not been able to locate the murdered woman’s husband, 62-year-old Dwayne McDonald. He hasn’t been named a suspect in the crime, but several family members believe that he knows something or had been involved.
“It will never be the same without my mama and Daunya,” Shivley said. “Turn yourself in.”
Family members reportedly said that Elaine adopted Daunya and that Elaine’s husband is not Daunya’s father.
The investigation is underway, and police continue to work on determining a motive for this crime.
Margaret Shively had organized a GoFundMe crowdfunding campaign to raise money for the burial.
