Kyle Rittenhouse Gets CRUSHING NEWS…

Judge Tosses Charge in Rittenhouse Case, Prosecution Falls Short

After Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted in the death of the Kenosha rioters, he probably thought he would be able to move on with this life.

Thanks to a Bill Clinton judge, that will not be the case.

A wrongful death suit against Rittenhouse, per the judge’s order, can now proceed.

Keep Coming

The case was brought by Anthony Huber, the man who appeared to have attacked Rittenhouse with a skateboard.

In the video, Huber had hit Rittenhouse with the skateboard in the neck, then appeared to be reaching for Rittenhouse’s weapon.

At this point, Rittenhouse fired a shot, which ended up killing Huber.

His father, John Huber, is suing Rittenhouse and the police, claiming they conspired to hurt protesters and robbed his son of his First Amendment rights.

Judge Lynn Adelman ruled that Huber’s death “could plausibly be regarded as having been proximately caused by the actions of the governmental defendants.”

While protesting is considered free speech and is a protected right, I am not sure destroying personal property and attacking someone with a skateboard is, but I guess we will find out over the course of this trial.
