In a Thursday interview, former President Donald Trump spoke out against the pro-Hamas wing of the Democrats and called out Vice President Kamala Harris for hating Israel — arguing that she “doesn’t like Jewish people even though she’s married to one.”
NEW: NYTIMES reports Kamala Harris yesterday briefly met with extremist apologists for Hamas terrorism who want to disarm Israel. One of the pro-Hamas activists who met with Harris (and Walz) is Layla Elabed, who is also the sister of notorious pro-terrorist extremist Rep.…

The Democrat Party has an anti-Semitism problem. Beyond those who are simply anti-Israel, there has been a growing movement within the party that outright hates Jewish people and supports Hamas terrorists. This growing rift within the party between older pro-Israel Democrats and younger anti-Israel leftists has caused issues for the Harris campaign, even influencing her choice of running mate. Many believed Harris would choose Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) as her VP, but she instead chose radical leftist Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) — leading to speculation that Shapiro’s Jewish heritage and his past support for Israel made him a liability to Harris.

Trump made this argument during an exclusive interview with Breitbart News at his Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida, on Thursday — arguing that choosing Walz shows just “how liberal she is.”
“By picking Walz, by picking the governor of Minnesota, she has showed how liberal she is,” he said. “She hates Israel. She is very bad to Jewish people. It’s incredible how badly she treats Jewish people and Israel — it’s amazing.”
Trump was then asked about Harris’ decision to bypass Shapiro and whether it proves her dislike of Jewish people — but Trump argued that Harris’ “actions on Israel” are the real proof.
“She doesn’t like Jewish people even though she’s married to one. She doesn’t like Jewish people,” he said. “She may be married to one, but that doesn’t mean she likes Israel or Jewish people because she certainly is not showing it. It’s not the bypass thing because I think other candidates of that group were better than either of them. Other candidates of that group were far better than Shapiro. But it’s her actions on Israel. Forget about Shapiro—that’s the least of it. Her actions really show how bad she is to the Jewish people and to Israel.”
The Republican presidential nominee went on to argue that the Democrat Party has become the pro-Hamas party.
“They are pro-Hamas,” Trump said. “Schumer has become a Palestinian. They are pro-Hamas. There’s no question about it.”
Trump also noted the clear contrast between Republicans and Democrats on Israel, pointing out that the GOP has become the pro-Israel party.
“I think it’s amazing that this happened because I’ll tell you, 15 years ago it was unthinkable for people to go so radical and be so radical,” he said. “Today, it’s the Democrats in Congress and even a little bit with Democrat Senators. You see them coming along that route also. The Republican Party is pro-Israel and the Democrats are pro-Hamas.”
