On Tuesday, Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris claimed that the Trump campaign had targeted her with so-called “disinformation,” citing an advertisement that directly quotes her past comments.
Former President Donald Trump’s campaign has made several different ads using Harris’ own past statements to inform the American people about her radical policies in favor of taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries for prison inmates and illegal aliens.
NEW AD:
He murdered a father-of-three and was sentenced to life in prison, then Kamala pushed to use tax dollars to pay for his sex change.

One such ad not only features Harris bragging about forcing California taxpayers to fund a sex change for inmates — specifically citing the case of a man who was in prison for murder — but it also features condemnation of that policy from Charlamagne tha God, the host of the exact podcast where she appeared on Tuesday to attack Trump for the ads.

In the interview on “The Breakfast Club” podcast, one of the co-hosts brought up these advertisements of Harris’ support for taxpayer funding of transgender surgeries for prisoners.
Instead of at least acknowledging her past statements and claiming that she had changed her mind, Harris responded by falsely claiming that Trump’s ads were “disinformation and misinformation” — then made an even more outrageous assertion: that Trump supported similar policies.
“He has spent tens of millions of dollars trying to hit me with a bunch of disinformation and misinformation on this,” she claimed. “The policies he’s speaking about in terms of those surgeries were also his policies.”
Kamala claims it's "misinformation" that she supports taxpayer-funded sex changes for prisoners and illegal aliens.
A) She's literally on tape supporting it.
B) No sex changes happened under President Trump. The first took place in 2022 — under Kamala. pic.twitter.com/kiRAjgSaTJ

Meanwhile, Harris was also asked about this position during her interview with Fox News’ Brett Baier earlier this month — where she argued that she would continue to support taxpayer-funded sex changes because it’s “the law.”
“So are you still in support of using taxpayer dollars to help prison inmates or detained illegal aliens to transition to another gender?” Baier asked.
“I will follow the law,” Harris responded before repeating her outrageous assertion that “it’s a law that Donald Trump actually followed.”

“You’re probably familiar with now — it’s a public report that under Donald Trump’s administration, these surgeries were available to, on a medical necessity basis, to people in the federal prison system,” she added, claiming: “And I think, frankly, that ad from the Trump campaign is a little bit of like throwing, you know, stones when you live in a glass house.”
Baier immediately fired back by pointing out that Trump was a strong opponent of those policies, never promoted sex changes, and none of these surgeries happened in the prison system under the Trump administration.
Harris’ efforts to dismiss criticism of her support for these policies — by simultaneously claiming that it is “disinformation” and that she supports these policies because it’s “the law” — are not working anymore, and that is made clear by her desperation to distance herself from her past statements.
