With everything that’s going on in Canada, and with the Democrats in the United States, an important question needs to be asked: is it time to stop using large banks?
Canada’s Financial Tyranny
Canada has begun a financial crackdown on peaceful protesters that proves the country is no longer a democracy. The country’s authoritarian prime minister, Justin Trudeau, has invoked the Emergencies Act, which gives him powers to steal funds from his people.
The government published details on February 15th on how the government will target the finances of the peaceful Freedom Convoy protesters, covering a wide range of the financial industry, including banks, credit unions, insurance companies, portfolio managers and investment counselling services. Cryptocurrency platforms are also covered by emergency order.
The Canadian federal government is ordering financial institutions to suspend services to both individual and business clients who are suspected of aiding the protest blockades, to conduct due diligence to identify accounts linked to the protests, and to disclose to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police or Canadian Security Intelligence Service any property or transactions they have identified as owned or controlled by those individuals.
Funny how the finance minister of Canada, threatening to starve her own citizens and make them homeless because they want to live in a free country, also happens to work with the World Economic Forum

Banks have also been given protection from civil liabilities for actions taken while following the orders.
Tyranny in the U.S.
While the government isn’t cracking down on the finances of political opponents in the way that dictator Trudeau is, leftist-run banks are already “de-banking” people around the country. The most recent example of this is My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell.
Lindell recently received a letter from the Heartland Financial MN Bank & Trust informing him that he had 7 days to remove all funds from all of his bank accounts, including: Frank Speech, MyStore.com (a platform for made-in-the-USA entrepreneurs and/or products who don’t want to sell their products on Amazon), Lindell TV, Lindell Management (which includes a lot of funds for his charitable work), and Lindell Publishing.
Mike Lindell isn’t the first person this has happened to, and he won’t be the last. Add this to the way the January 6th Select Committee is going after former members of the Trump Administration — bypassing the normal route and going straight to the phone companies, who are ready and willing (and probably happy) to give up their private communications to the committee — and we can see where the United States is headed. If phone companies can give up your data to the government, and banks will ban you for your political beliefs because they fear the left, we are closer than ever to the tyranny currently happening in Canada.
Is It Time To STOP Using Large Banks?
Yes, it’s time to stop using large banks, for four main reasons:
- These major banks donate to charities that directly oppose conservative values.
- These major banks can and will cancel your account at a moment’s notice if the left demands it.
- These major banks need to be hit where it hurts. They are supporting the left and their tyranny, and they need to understand that the American people will no longer support them because of it.
- It is very likely that there will come a day when the United States government takes action like Canada’s government is doing right now. Do you want to have your account frozen? Or do you want to be a few steps ahead?
