The New World Order housing administration seems to have been smoking crack with Hunter Biden. The market for homes is set to pancake but Joe Biden and his fiscally irresponsible administrators have pie in the sky plans. The problem is they’ll never fly.
Housing market lopsided
The big problem in the housing market is the fact that demand is much higher than supply. To cure that problem, Joe Biden plans to increase the demand.
Despite his promises for a green, carbon neutral administration, the only way he can supply the boosted demand for living space is with massive amounts of environment killing construction.
Right now, the housing market is so tight that prices are high and pickings are slim. Americans are wondering “what in the wide-wide world of sports is a going on here?” Illegitimate but firmly in control, Joe Biden already has bold plans.
“From home financing to home construction, Biden’s plans are focused on affordability.” There won’t be anything to buy but the prices will be low.
Anyone who hasn’t bought a home for at least 3 short years is considered a “first time” homebuyer, because under the New World Order, mortgage virginity grows back.
Nearly everyone looking for a home will qualify for $15,000 in free money, taking the form of a “first-time homebuyer tax credit.” The next step to ease the housing market is robbing the banks.
Destroy the environment
Banks will be “encouraged” to get back into FHA lending which will bring “new construction of both single- and multifamily housing.”
Biden isn’t telling AOC that to do that will destroy the environment. Meanwhile, the market will continue to get even tighter.
Under the Trump administration, the shortage of illegal aliens “exacerbated an already severe labor shortage for builders.”
One caravan massed on the border with Guatemala headed north already, before they were beaten back by the Guatemalans but so far, “workers were still afraid or unable to come back into the U.S.” Once those migrant hordes reach the border, they will also add to the housing shortage.
Biden will have no choice, the experts declare. “he will push for more high-density multifamily construction.” We knew that the day of the single family home was coming to an end. From now on housing will be more like living in an anthill. It’s official.
“The Biden administration wants to encourage more development, they want to get rid of outdated zoning regulations, but they’re not going to do it in a way that you know they view as degrading the environment, or they can be attacked as not being pro-environment, and that is that’s a sticking point.”
