Joe Biden Dealt Dose of His Own Medicine

House Democrats have been doggedly pursuing President Donald Trump’s tax and bank records and now it’s time for Joe Biden to take a dose of his own medicine. The former vice-president has a lot of explaining to do about how he made millions since leaving the White House. Nobody wants to talk about the laptop his self-medicating son left casually lying around, like Malia Obama’s credit card in a pile of cocaine. The laptop contains all the details of the family pay-for-play scheme to sell access to the Oval Office along with an email of Hunter’s, complaining about how his dad was shaking him down for half the take.

Where are Biden family business records?

A coalition of at least seven major conservative groups got together to send a request to Massachusetts Democrat Representative Richard Neal, in his capacity as chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, asking him to investigate the Biden family for criminal wrongdoing.

After all, they are only asking for what Rep. Neal has been insisting for from President Trump all along. He should have no problem granting their request, unless he’s just another liberal hypocrite.

Neal is firmly on the record insisting on the need to investigate public officials for criminal wrongdoing. He should have no problem asking for a peak at Biden family bank records.

A year ago, in December of 2019, Neal published a full eight years of his own tax records to set the example “in the spirit of transparency, as the chair of the committee with jurisdiction over taxes.”

Turnabout is fair play and it’s time for Democrats, especially Quid Pro Joe, to get a taste of their own medicine. As the consortium wrote, “your recent comments about the need to investigate criminal wrongdoing by public officials and the importance of transparency to American government have not gone unnoticed.

As you know, allegations of just such wrongdoing and the lack of transparency have arisen over the last two months based on emails found on a personal computer belonging to Hunter Biden.” They also make sure to note, “a computer whose authenticity has been established by the FBI.”

Follow the money

The whole idea is to follow the money. Chairman Neal should have no problem with their request. “We hope that you would welcome the chance to assist Vice President Biden in laying to rest any allegations that he was using his office and official travel to influence foreign governments or entities to benefit his son’s businesses.”

All the conservatives want is an answer to the question, “Was any of that income received by Vice President Biden or other family members?” Neal being so fond of transparency should have no problem getting his committee to order Joe’s “bank records and those of the rest of his family over the period of his vice presidency and immediately thereafter.”

That way “he can put to rest any allegations including concerns about how he acquired his extensive personal wealth and his large estate.”

Not only would it reveal the source of the Biden family fortune, it would “do much to show that your interest in full disclosure and investigating corruption extends to members of your own party.” Lately it seems that there is a set of rules for the Republicans while Democrats can do whatever they please.

“The American people have a right to this information and we are hopeful that you and the Vice President will see the advantage of the full disclosure suggested by our proposal before demands for a special counsel become deafening.”
