Fani Willis Ordered To Hand Over All Communications In 5 Days

Disgraced Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has been ordered to hand over all communications and records pertaining to her correspondence with special counsel Jack Smith and the now-defunct House Select Committee On January 6.

Fani Willis was leading the since-paused ridiculous RICO case against President-elect Donald Trump and several of his allies over supposed election interference.

It has been confirmed that Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney has given Willis five business days to hand over all of the relevant material.

In the ruling, the judge explained that Willis had violated Georgia’s open records act when she refused to respond to a lawsuit demanding the communications, which was initiated by nonprofit Judicial Watch.

In March, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office falsely claimed that it did not have any of these documents or communications on file, but that lie was quickly refuted.

In October, Daily Wire reporter Luke Rosiak uncovered the fact that Nathan Wade — Willis’ affair partner, who she hired as a special prosecutor in the Trump case despite not having the necessary qualifications — had been communicating extensively with the Biden-Harris administration, even visiting the White House.

Records obtained by the House Judiciary Committee have revealed that Wade even billed the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office for multiple hours of meetings with Biden-Harris administration officials, the January 6 Committee, and other Washington, D.C., officials.

He has used the excuse that he didn’t remember any of these meetings while desperately trying to defend himself from questioning about the billings.

According to The Daily Wire, “On November 18, 2022, he billed eight hours for ‘Interview with DC/White House,’ but under oath, he claimed he didn’t remember the meeting and couldn’t even say whether it was online or in person. Between September 7 and September 9, 2022, Wade billed $6,000 to taxpayers for ‘Witness Interviews; conf call DC; team meeting,’ but couldn’t remember what the D.C. meeting entailed.”

Courts are currently working to determine whether Willis should be allowed to continue to prosecute the case against Trump and his allies, especially due to the clear conflicts of interest, collusion with Trump’s political opponents in the White House, and evidence that she was preparing to prosecute Trump before even taking office.
