Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, has called out the United Nations over their ridiculous claims, making them an offer they can’t refuse.
Musk, who is the richest person in the world, clapped back at the United Nations after UN World Food Programme Executive Director David Beasley challenged Musk and other billionaires to step up on “a one-time basis” to help end starvation.
During the interview, Beasley claimed that billionaires could give “$6 billion to help 42 million people that are literally going to die if we don’t reach them.”
“It’s not complicated,” he added.
Elon Musk immediately called Beasley out on Twitter, stating that he would sell $6 billion worth of Tesla stock — which would likely cause serious problems for the company and the economy — and donate the proceeds to the United Nations food agency if they could give him a concrete outline of how each dollar would be spent to solve world hunger.
That $6 billion would equal approximately 2 percent of Musk’s $300 billion fortune.
“If WFP can describe on this Twitter thread exactly how $6B will solve world hunger, I will sell Tesla stock right now and do it,” Musk’s first tweet read.
“But it must be open source accounting, so the public sees precisely how the money is spent,” he added in a subsequent tweet.

Of course, the UN food agency receives much more than $6 billion in donations every year, yet they can barely get anything done.
Fact check:
? 2% of @elonmusk's wealth is $6B
? In 2020 the UN World Food Program (WFP) raised $8.4B. How come it didn't "solve world hunger"?— Dr. Eli David (@DrEliDavid) October 30, 2021
Beasley actually responded to Elon Musk’s tweets, attempting to walk back his statements by saying that $6 billion would not solve world hunger, “but it WILL prevent geopolitical instability, mass migration and save 42 million people on the brink of starvation. An unprecedented crisis and a perfect storm due to Covid/conflict/climate crises.”
.@elonmusk! Headline not accurate. $6B will not solve world hunger, but it WILL prevent geopolitical instability, mass migration and save 42 million people on the brink of starvation. An unprecedented crisis and a perfect storm due to Covid/conflict/climate crises.

Beasley also offered to meet with Musk to discuss the proposal, but Musk wasn’t going to let him move the discussion into a private space.
“Please publish your current & proposed spending in detail so people can see exactly where money goes,” Musk responded. “Sunlight is a wonderful thing.”

In an additional dig at the corrupt United Nations, Elon Musk also responded with a news article entitled Starving children ‘as young as NINE forced to give UN officials oral sex to get food’.

With news like that, why would anyone trust the United Nations with their money?
