Letitia James Files SHOCK Lawsuit… Here She Goes Again

New York Attorney General Letitia James just won’t stop.

She is out to fight every conservative cause there is.

Her latest being a lawsuit that was filed against pro-life organizations offering a counter to the abortion pill treatment.

Telling Lies

According to James, pro-life pregnancy centers are not being truthful about a treatment being offered to block the abortion pill treatments.

She has filed a suit against nearly a dozen pregnancy centers for what she is calling “false and misleading statements” to reverse chemical abortions.

James claims they are using “fraud, deceptive business practices, and false advertising under New York law.”

Reverand Jim Harden, the CEO of CompassCare, responded, “Based on NY AG Letitia James’ irresponsible record of protecting big abortion, it appears that her lawsuit against us is a smokescreen to obscure the rampant malpractice and fraud that is the chemical abortion industry ahead of an anticipated June Supreme Court decision on that very subject.”

In addition to the James lawsuit, New York Governor Kathy Hochul is loading up abortion centers with funding.

In her upcoming budget, she has earmarked about $36 million for abortion organizations.

This continues to be a major issue for elections, as Democrats hammer the GOP on some of the more extreme abortion laws in the country that do not even allow for exceptions for the mother’s health, rape, and incest.

If the GOP was smart, it would get together and present federal legislation that allows these exceptions with a “reasonable” window for abortions.

For those of you who want to block abortions altogether, first, that is a losing election strategy that cost Republicans over the last three cycles.

Second, don’t worry about it because Democrats will never agree to pass such legislation.

This is more about showing the American people that the GOP is willing to compromise on this front, but that it is the Democrats that are holding an all-or-nothing line.

Perhaps that will nullify the impact that abortion has had in the past on elections.
