Some heavyweight Republican senators got their hands on a piece of paper from a whistleblower that has them convinced it proves Joe Biden was directly involved in a criminal scheme involving at least one foreign national. Since they don’t have majority in the Senate, they can’t issue any subpoenas. The House does have that power so Charles Grassley teamed up with House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer. They’re asking nice for Joe to come up with an explanation, before they have to drag one out of him.
Senators have the evidence
Senators Charles Grassley and Ron Johnson have seen the evidence with their own eyes. They decided to get James Comer involved in their investigation because it overlaps with ones he’s running, along with Jim Jordan and other ranking conservatives.
After combining forces, the watchdogs sent a letter to Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland demanding “internal FBI documents.” Ones which “show then-Vice President Joe Biden was involved in a criminal scheme with a foreign national.”
This is the most explosive allegation yet to emerge from investigations by the Republican lawmakers and senators into Hunter Biden’s antics. Both Comer and Grassley have “devoted significant time to investigating the Biden family’s business dealings.” They’re finally hitting paydirt. Joe’s propaganda team was quick to hit back, calling the allegations “innuendo.” They aren’t mentioning that they’ll comply with the document requests, though. All they can do is whine about getting caught.

“For going on 5 years now, Republicans in Congress have been lobbing unfounded politically-motivated attacks.” Spokesunit Ian Sams added that the congressional accusers aren’t “offering evidence for their claims.” That’s cute because he’s objecting to the request for the records which provide that very evidence. What he’s really saying is “we know you don’t have proof because we carefully hid it from you.”
Senators Grassley and Johnson hooked up with Congressman Comer to allege that “a whistleblower claimed the Justice Department and FBI have an unclassified document.” No magic marker edits needed. It specifically “describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.”
That is major. What they’re really wanting to know, is what exactly did the FBI do with that information? It’s pretty clear to everyone who’s seen the document in question what the Federal Bureau of Instigation should have done. We know they didn’t do it because Joe Biden is not only still walking around free, he’s got the nuclear launch codes in his pocket. Probably smudged with Rocky Road.
A precise description
The document in question is a summary report from a witness interview. Ranking conservative senators and lawmkers are convinced that “the document includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose.” Once they get an officially “clean” copy of the document in question straight from the source, they can grill officials about it with a blowtorch.
“The FBI needs to explain whether it’s accurate or not.” If it does turn out to be accurate, and it will, they also need to explain why they didn’t do what they were supposed to do, “investigate.” The bureau doesn’t do that anymore, they “instigate” and everyone knows it.
Comer was happy to do his part to help the senators by quickly firing off the “corresponding subpoena to the FBI.” It politely requests, under stiff penalty of law, “all FD-1023 forms, including within any open, closed, or restricted access case files, created or modified in June 2020, containing the term ‘Biden,’ including all accompanying attachments and documents to those FD-1023 forms.”
Form FD-1023 links directly to Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden, Joe Biden.

Those particular forms are “a document the FBI uses to memorialize meetings or information gathered from confidential sources. The document typically would include allegations from the source, including information not verified by the FBI.”
Seeing one page from a book won’t tell anywhere close to the whole story and the powerful senators are well aware of that. The joint congressional effort is underway to get the entire manuscript, which should turn out to be a Moby Dick whale of a tale.
“We believe the FBI possesses an unclassified internal document that includes very serious and detailed allegations implicating the current President of the United States. What we don’t know is what, if anything, the FBI has done to verify these claims or investigate further,” Grassley, an Iowa Republican, said in a news release. Things like that need to be stomped on so “the situation calls for congressional oversight.” The DOJ isn’t commenting. The FBI says “it received the letter and subpoena and declined further comment.“
