That is what John Fetterman told the people of Pennsylvania during the election cycle.
At the time, he could not form a complete sentence and he struggled to comprehend the spoken word.
Well, now he is back in the hospital.

Fetterman never should have continued his campaign.
The man was in bad health and anyone that knows someone that has had a massive stroke knows this a long process to recovery, if there is a recovery.
The last thing Fetterman should have been doing is campaigning, then taking on a high-stress position.
But, since the bad orange man had backed his competitor, the media did everything it could to help Fetterman win, and he did.
Now his camp is trying to downplay the situation.
His office tried to explain why he was carted away from a Senate retreat and hospitalized, Fetterman’s office stated, “He left and called his staff, who picked him up and drove him to The George Washington University Hospital”.
“Initial tests did not show evidence of a new stroke, but doctors are running more tests and John is remaining overnight for observation.
“We will provide more information when we have it.”
You are getting exactly what you deserve, Pennsylvania… a Senator who is incapable of representing you.
