Joe Biden just got caught hiding classified files. That’s the same thing that Gestapo General Merrick Garland raided Mar-a-Lago over. The Just Us Department is scrambling to spin the fallout.
Classified files in Joe Biden’s closet
“Oh, bleep.” That’s what one of Joe Biden’s staffer’s exclaimed when he came across “potentially classified” files lurking in a locked closet. The closet happened to be “at the Penn Biden Center in Washington.” Everyone wonders when Joe is going to be raided by the FBI.
Where there is one batch, there must be more. Isn’t that what they said when they did it to Donald Trump? Fair’s fair, right? Maybe. Not only were the documents stashed in that building, they were in Joe Biden’s former office at the think tank.
Joe Biden’s personal lawyer was quick to issue a statement. He’s trying to limit the damage to “about 10 of the files,” which he adds, have been promptly “handed over to the National Archives.”

Trump was crucified for “taking classified files to Florida.” Democrats think Joe should get a free pass but that’s never going to fly. Especially, not in a Republican controlled House.
The Federal Bureau of Instigation is already jumping in with both feet. Instead of going after more hidden files, they’re scrambling to avoid investigating the ones just discovered. Garland is taking charge of it personally.
CBS news is reporting, via the BBC, that “the FBI is involved in the inquiry into classified documents found at the Penn Biden Center, and US Attorney General Merrick Garland has been asked to review the papers.”
No nuclear secrets
The bureau already started leaking like a sieve. A “source familiar with the matter told CBS News the batch did not contain nuclear secrets and had been contained in a folder in a box with other unclassified papers.”
Just a simple mistake. Isn’t that what Trump said before they threw the book at him over a few files carted away by mistake? Now America will get to see the one sided Just Us department in action as they do everything they can to avoid harassing His Wisdom.
Richard Sauber was hired as special counsel to Joe Biden as soon as it became clear he was to be the focus of a major criminal investigation over influence peddling. He’s also apparently in the middle of an election rigging scheme as well, with the FBI and DOJ as co-conspirators. Sauber was quick to get out ahead of the headlines on the secretly stashed classified documents.

Nobody seemed to notice that his statement admitted that “the files were discovered just before the midterm elections by Biden attorneys who were clearing out the office space.” They made sure the election was over before they told anyone. That again is potentially election altering censorship of important information.
Sauber is confidant that the DOJ and FBI will see his point of view that Biden’s classified documents are no big deal, even though Trump’s similar ones are. “Since that discovery [of the documents], the president’s personal attorneys have co-operated with the [National] Archives and the Department of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives.”
When Trump heard about the files, he had a couple things to say. “When is the FBI going to raid the many homes of Joe Biden, perhaps even the White House?” As they say, don’t hold your breath.
