Liz Cheney is one of the most notorious RINOs and an avid Trump hater. She has now called on the Republican Party to make her their queen and reject Donald Trump altogether.
GOP Given an Ultimatum
“The Republican Party has to make a choice. We can either be loyal to our Constitution or loyal to Donald Trump, but we cannot be both,” Cheney declared.
She gave Republicans a choice to choose her or else and she might just be in for a rude awakening.
Cheney has been a United States Representative for Wyoming since 2017 and she has done quite the damage in a few years. Politics runs in the family as her dad, Dick Cheney, is a former vice president.
Cheney the Trump Hater
Her hatred for Trump runs deep and she vocally supported his impeachment the second time around. When it comes to democracy, the politician said if President Donald Trump were to become president again, Americans’ freedoms would be doomed.
“He crossed lines no American president has ever crossed before,” Cheney said to ABC, “You know, we entrust the survival of our republic into the hands of the chief executive, and when a president refuses to tell the mob to stop, when he refuses to defend any of the coordinate branches of government, he cannot be trusted.“
Is Cheney jealous of Trump’s prestige and track record? Many of her opponents believe this is the driving force of her antics.
RINO on a Mission
The RINO made clear that she believes the United States could not possibly go on if Trump is re-elected in 2024.
“If he’s not held accountable and he gets to do it again, I think that could be the end of our democracy,” she continued.
The supposed Republican representative is not in the good graces with many conservatives so while she wants to GOP to make her queen, reality might be a stark contrast to her desires.
