Video: Peaceful Pastor Arrested for Ignoring Communist Lockdowns

A peaceful pastor who has recently made headlines for repeatedly throwing police out of his church has now been arrested for ignoring the authoritarian lockdowns imposed in Canada.

On his way home from holding a Saturday church service that defied COVID restrictions, Pastor Artur Pawlowski was arrested in the middle of the highway.

Pawlowski, who was featured in a viral video where he called police and health inspectors that showed up at his church for multiple unannounced health visits “Gestapo Nazis,” was arrested and charged along with his brother for “organizing an illegal in-person gathering.”

Calgary Police Service officers stopped the Cave of Adullam church Pastor and his brother Dawid Pawlowski, and the whole incident was caught on video. Multiple police officers surrounded the car on a busy road in Calgary, and the pastor was placed on his knees and cuffed in the middle of the road. In the video, he can be heard screaming “Do it the Nazi style” several times as officers dragged him across the road to the police car. His brother was arrested in a similar manner, and they are both currently in custody.

Life Site News has reported that Pawlowski fled communist Poland, and in a statement to the outlet had said that ‘the continued police presence at his church gives him bad memories of growing up behind the Iron Curtain.’

According to a statement by the Calgary Police Service, “Artur Pawlowski and Dawid Pawlowski have both been arrested and charged with organizing an illegal in-person gathering, including requesting, inciting or inviting others to attend an illegal public gathering, promoting and attending an illegal public gathering.
