US Attorney Launches Inquiry Into DOGE Threats

Interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Ed Martin has launched an inquiry into threats of violence against Elon Musk and staffers at his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

There have been numerous threats made against Musk and the DOGE team over the past few weeks, including a death threat from a Boston University employee who posted a “Wanted For Treason — Dead or Alive” poster featuring the names and photos of DOGE staffers.

There have also been numerous death threats against them from users of the insanely far-left platform Reddit.

The mainstream media is desperately trying to cover up the news of these threats using manipulative language:

Martin, who was appointed to his position by President Donald Trump, vowed to launch an inquiry in a follow-up letter sent to Musk and his employees — where he thanked the tech billionaire for forwarding threats and allegations of theft to his office.

“Thank you for the referral of individuals and networks who appear to be stealing government property and/or threatening government employees,” the attorney wrote in the letter, which was posted to X. “After your referral, as is my practice, I will begin an inquiry.”

“Please let me reiterate again: If people are discovered to have broken the law or even acted simply unethically, we will investigate them and we will chase them to the end of the Earth to hold them accountable,” Martin added. “We will not rest or cease in this. No one should abuse American taxpayer dollars nor American taxpayer workers. Noone is above the Law.”

This letter was a follow-up from a previous letter sent to Musk on February 3 after Martin met with the DOGE team the day before. In the first letter, Martin vowed to use his office to protect DOGE employees from the violent threats and harassment against them by the radical left.

“I recognize that some of the staff at DOGE has been targeted publicly,” Martin wrote. “At this time, I ask that you utilize me and my staff to assist in protecting the DOGE work and the DOGE workers. Any threats, confrontations, or other actions in any way that impact their work may break numerous laws.”

The interim U.S. attorney also assured Musk in the letter that he would “pursue any and all legal action against anyone who impedes your work or threatens your people.”

Martin also slammed the Biden administration in his letter, vowing that he would “not act like the previous administration who looked the other way as the Antifa and BLM rioters as well as thugs with guns trashed our capital city.”
