Trump Dismissing the Charges Against Him, Handling Them With Confidence

Former President Donald Trump’s attorney Alina Habba has just spoken out about the ever growing number of indictments being filed against him.

She’s put it simply: she isn’t worried about them in the slightest.

The charges filed by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and Special Counsel Jack Smith amount to several hundred years behind bars.

Habba expressed confidence in the ex-president’s ability to handle the situation without concern.

Trump’s attorney told “Fox News Sunday” anchor Shannon Bream that Mr. Trump remains optimistic even as the charges amount to several hundred years behind bars.

When asked how logistically they would handle prepping a client for all those different trials while running for president of the United States, Habba said that she was not concerned because Mr. Trump is an intelligent individual who knows the facts and hasn’t done anything wrong.

She concluded that due to their overlapping nature, trial dates will likely move but she has no doubt about President Trump’s poll numbers or his capability as a candidate.

She noted that these are simple facts, such as it being a phone call which he refers to as “perfect.”

Habba spoke about reports that one of the indictments in Fulton County may have been coordinated between either the White House or Justice Department with former House Speaker Newt Gingrich sharing information from a reliable source on Real America’s Voice streaming network show hosted by Charlie Kirk earlier this month: “I am told by a reliable source that Friday evening, someone from Washington called the District Attorney of Atlanta and said ‘you have to indict on Monday.'”

Gingrich noted it was hearsay but from someone with “remarkably good sources.”

He continued saying “‘And she said, apparently, ‘My jurors aren’t coming back until Tuesday…’You didn’t hear me. You have to [indict] on Monday’ But they’re not gonna get her before noon.’ They said ‘That doesn’t matter.’ She said ‘This means that it’s gonna be eight or nine or ten o’clock’. They said ‘It doesn’t matter. We need the news shifting off of Weiss.'”

Kirk asked who made the phone call but Gingrich did not know.
