New Orleans used to be one of the most amazing cities in the country to visit.
The last time I was there may have been my last, however.
This was several years ago, and you could already see how the city was getting out of control.
Murder City
Since then, the city has only gotten worse.
Now, New Orleans has become the top murder city in the nation, which is not easy.
When you consider it is not worse than Philadelphia, New York, Detroit, and Chicago, well, that is really saying something.
Fox News reported, “New Orleans recorded 266 homicides in 2022 — a 116% increase from 2019, according to the New Orleans City Council crime database.
“The city recorded the most homicides per capita among major U.S. cities in September but Jackson, Mississippi, unseated it as the murder capital by the end of the year.”
Now that the violence is regularly seeping onto Bourbon Street, it will start to impact the tourist industry, the one thing that is thriving in that state, or at least it was.
This is what Democrats love to do… they take over great cities and they destroy them.
