Another Biden official is in hot water.
Massachusetts U.S. Attorney Rachael Rollins has found herself under investigation by the Department of Justice Inspector General.
Rollins is now facing Hatch Act violations and using government resources for personal gain.
Not Good
If you recall, Rollins was a very tough nomination for Biden.
The GOP fought against her tooth and nail to the point that Kamala Harris had to cast the tie-breaking vote.
The controversy is regarding Rollins attending a big fundraiser with Jill Biden.
She arrived in a government vehicle, which is a violation.
That has resulted in several people, including Arkansas Republican Senator Tom Cotton, calling for an investigation.
Cotton stated that she attended that event “in her official capacity as United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.
“She reportedly even used a vehicle with government license plates to travel to and from the event.”
Massachusetts Republican Party Chairman Jim Lyons added, “This individual is Massachusetts’ lead federal prosecutor and is apparently attending high-dollar Democratic Party fundraisers during business hours on the taxpayer’s dime. … The Democrats do this because they believe the rule of law does not apply to them.”
Rollins believes that she did nothing wrong…
