Senator Lyndsey Graham (R-S.C.) has been trying to get out of testifying in the Georgia election case for months.
Fulton Country prosecutors seem to think he has something to offer.
We are going to find out soon enough because Graham has lost his appeal.
Take the Stand
Graham never supported Trump’s narrative that the election was stolen.
However, Graham did have a phone call with the Georgia Secretary of State in November.
Whatever was discussed during the call, prosecutors want to know about.
This entire investigation hinges on one word that Donald Trump said in a conversation with Raffensperger.
Trump called him and asked him to “find” the votes that would get him the state.
From everything I have read and heard, this was a call to investigate, not to actually change votes.
If Graham plans on continuing his fight against this is unknown.
We will continue to monitor and update as more information is available.
