If you’re one of the liberal elite concerned with climate change induced rising sea levels, you’ll be happy to know there’s a Noah’s Ark style solution. There might be more to that Agenda 2030 stuff than we imagined because that’s the date it’s set to launch.
Noah’s Ark for humans
Japanese based designers recently revealed a Noah’s Ark style floating city. The futuristic drawings are ready to leap off the design board and into reality.
The “huge, buoyant metropolis capable of hosting some 40,000 humans,” is scheduled to sail in 2030. It’s advertised as a Bible- and billionaire-based end-times solution.
Engineering firm N-Ark is “is working on an answer to the apocalypse inspired by Elon Musk’s SpaceX and Noah’s Ark.” Currently named “Dogen City” the progressive concept promises “tens of thousands of people a self-sufficient oasis safe from rising sea levels.”
Taking a tip from modern cruise ships and amplifying it to urban levels, “Dogen City will contain a variety of buildings, including a sports stadium.”
The entire microcosm will be “encircled by a weather-resistant ring, which will encompass a roving economic zone entitled New Ocean.” sort of an ocean within an ocean. “The structures will be able to sail to new locations as needed and will be resilient in the face of climate change,” Ark developers point out.
Residents will be housed inside the outer ring and getting around should be a breeze. The perimeter of the circle is a mere 2.4 miles in circumference.
Undersea data center
The 40,000 inhabitants of the Ark can rest assured that when the Waterworld scenario finally comes true, they’ll have oodles of data storage.
That’s because the floating metropolis and its climate-resistant outer ring, capable of withstanding the worst Mother Nature can throw at it “will also feature an undersea data center.” N-Ark isn’t the only company working on a similar project.
Experts relate that Dogen City is only one of “multiple current plans to save humanity by taking to the high seas.” They call the concept “New Ocean.” It’s the hydrographic version of “the private space business innovation ‘New Space‘ started by Space X.”
According to a statement put out by the Ark engineers, “we will propose [several] elements (medical, food, housing, information, and electrical services) to realize New Ocean, promote the entry of various companies, and promote ocean development activities.”
They hope that the competition will spawn some of the needed equipment and such which doesn’t quite exist in reality yet. “Through this, we aim to create maritime innovation, and seek to create this future together with participating companies, governments, and universities.”
Besides the Japanese Ark design, “Earlier this year, the UK-based Tim Fu Design and Italian firm Luca Curci Architects released renderings for a science-fiction worthy metropolis they have in the works called Floating City.“
