Queen Elizabeth II has passed away.
She was 96 years old.

Queen Elizabeth took the crown seven decades ago and has worn it well for England.
She has served her country honorably for 70 years, but she has had significant health problems as of late.
For the first time in her reign, she has missed events, with Prince Charles taking on more of her duties in recent months.
The Queen went to the family’s palace in Scotland this summer, which is where she passed.
Earlier today, doctors expressed “concerns” regarding her health and summoned the children to Scotland to be by her side.
It was as though she waited for them all to gather before passing, as all were present at the time of her death.
With her death, Prince Charles will now be elevated to King.
His wife Camilla will be the Queen Consort.
From what I have read, England has been preparing for this day for quite some time, so we should consider the celebration of her life and mourning of her death to be grand.
Charles, 73, is already a bit long in the tooth, so he will not quite have the reign his mother had.
Rest in peace, Queen Elizabeth… you served your country with honor and pride.
