State Dept Biden

State Dept Leaked Memo

If there is one thing that you know about Joe Biden it is that he has been installing people in positions of power within the government so that even when he is gone, they will still be able to carry out his hateful wishes.

A memo from the State Department was leaked by an employee afraid to give his name because of the expected explosive backlash. In a 180 degree reversal from Trump era policies, His Wisdom Joe Biden has declared that racist flags and banners will proudly fly from all U.S. Consulates as a show “of support for Black Lives Matter on Tuesday, May 25, the one-year anniversary of George Floyd’s death.”

State sponsored racism

Black Lives Matter to the White House but the rest of the rainbow can go pound sand. Antony Blinken signed off on the orders but they started with a decree signed by Joe Biden. All U.S. “Diplomatic and Consular posts” are “being encouraged” to support BLM and promote their propaganda.

“The Department supports the use of the term ‘Black Lives Matter’ in messaging content, speeches, and other diplomatic engagements with foreign audiences to advance racial equity and access to justice on May 25 and beyond.” The day he was sworn in, “as one of his first official actions, President Biden issued Executive Order 13985 to advance racial equity and support for underserved communities.”

The language in the official State Department memo fully embraces “woke” rhetoric in what is clearly a biased statement. Part of the statement is devoted to groveling over America’s shortcomings. The rest of it is devoted to endorsing and expressly encouraging “the display of the BLM flag or banner at U.S. facilities.”

This cable, the memo reads, “constitutes a blanket written authorization for calendar year 2021.” The propaganda effort is “a top priority for the Administration’s domestic and foreign policy; the United States cannot credibly message on human rights abroad if it does not address these same issues at home.”

The Under Secretary for Management does everything except directly order all American consulates “to display the BLM flag on the external-facing flagpole to any Chiefs of Mission who determine such a display is appropriate in light of local conditions.”

The State Department is all in favor of looting and burning in the name of social justice. As one outlet points out, “our federal government has nonetheless decided to endorse and promote an organization with admitted Marxist roots as one having ties to our official foreign offices.

An action request

The State Department makes it crystal clear they aren’t taking a passive approach. One of the headings spells out: “This is an action request.” The summary section is gushing with progressive propaganda. The federal government uses heavily loaded adjectives.

“May 25 marks one year since the brutal murder of George Floyd by police officers in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Last year, the horrific video of Mr. Floyd’s final 9 minutes and 29 seconds went viral and spurred Black Lives Matter protests worldwide, in response to his senseless killing and to demand an end to systemic racism and police brutality.”

They make it sound like American police are hunting Blacks down like animals. Just because the suspect was armed, dangerous, and involved in a crime of some sort is supposed to be totally overlooked.

“Leading up to May 25,” they note, “the Department has issued guidance on the use of Black Lives Matter language, banners, and flags.” Minister of State Blinken wanted to put the order in context so they spelled that out too.

In case you might have missed it, “May 25 marks the one-year commemoration of George Floyd’s murder.” It wasn’t just any murder, it was earthshaking. “For 9 minutes and 29 seconds, the world saw firsthand how police officers brutally took the life of an unarmed Black man in the United States.”

All the propaganda plastered across television screens, the State Department notes, “ignited national and global Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests and demonstrations. This tragedy joined a long line of Black men and women who have suffered at the hands of police brutality.”

Wow, why does America even have police in the first place if they are so out of control that nobody can exercise any oversight over them? It’s embarrassing. “These national and global protests sparked a movement to confront systems perpetuating deep-seated inequities rooted in colonialism and the oppression of racial, tribal, ethnic, and other minority communities.”
