It looks like Stacey Abrams may have finally done enough to lose the support of the Democrat Party.
During her campaign, she raised an astonishing $100 million.
Yet, somehow, her campaign is now $1 million in debt.
Shut the Doors
Most of Abrams campaign workers expected to have a job through December considering how much money her campaign had brought in.
Instead, just after the election, her 180 full-time staff was cut a check and sent on their way.
It was a crushing blow, but the writing was on the wall because of the considerable waste.
For instance, they rented a house that is now going for $12,500 per month just to use for TikTok videos.
They also had a swag wagon that was giving out random items for no real purpose, which baffled even her own staff.
One Democrat official stated, “It’s incredibly bad planning, and it shows where their values are at.
“You can’t look up one day and realize you can’t pay the bills.”
Now she reportedly owes vendors $1 million with no way to pay the bills.
AJC reporter Greg Bluestein blew the scandal up in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, airing her dirty laundry for everyone to see.
To think… she wanted to govern a state and she cannot even financially control her campaign.
Georgians really dodged a bullet here.
