Baltimore Police are out looking for a vicious animal, who would be safely behind bars if he hadn’t been released early by liberal officials. Jason Billingsley’s behavior behind bars was a lot better than what he’s been up to on the street. Cops changed the missing person’s file they had on EcoMap CEO Pava LaPere to a homicide when they found her body. Jason “is also wanted in a recent arson and rape incident.”
Suspect released early
Rising star CEO Pava LaPere’a company released a statement on September 26 noting “the circumstances surrounding Pava’s death are deeply distressing.” They extended their heartfelt condolences to “her family, friends and loved ones during this incredibly devastating time.”
The tech world is shocked to learn that she “was found dead inside a Mount Vernon, Baltimore, apartment Monday morning.” The 26-year-old who runs EcoMap “had been reported missing for some time prior to the discovery of her body.” Police note “she was found showing signs of blunt-force trauma.”
According to police in Baltimore, Maryland, Jason Billingsley “is also wanted in a recent arson and rape incident.” That one happened Septmber 19. They released a statement informing the public that “evidence gathered through the course of the initial investigation by detectives, was able to connect the suspect Billingsley to the homicide of Pava LaPere and the September 19 case.”

That night, “Billingsley reportedly banged on the door of a rooming home.” He “claimed to be a maintenance worker.” Nobody answered.
Billingsley “kicked down the front door.” The apartment was occupied after all. He “pointed a gun at a man and a woman, bound them with handcuffs and duct tape, raped the woman, cut her neck, doused both victims with a liquid and set them on fire.” Nice guy.
He would still be safely behind bars except he had been released from prison early. Miraculously, both 26-year-old victims “survived with burns and other injuries.” A “5-year-old child in the home was taken to the hospital due to smoke inhalation.”
30-year prison sentence
When Baltimore police started looking for Billingsley, they released his 2011 mug shot for the news alerts. He already had a guilty plea on file from 2009 for first degree assault.
He got a rap added for second-degree assault in 2011. “Then in 2013, he strangled a woman, sexually assaulted her, and stole $53.”
For that, “he pleaded guilty in 2015 to a sexual offense in the first degree in exchange for a 30-year prison sentence with all but 14 years suspended, to be followed by five years of probation.”
Baltimore Police say Jason Billingsley is in the loose, he is extremely dangerous and will do anything to cause harm, that he will kill and he will rape to enact his violent urges. Women in Baltimore and surrounding areas, be alert, be aware, keep your homes secured. pic.twitter.com/3qQFuxXESW

He should have been safely on ice until 2029. Because Billingsley didn’t rape, kill or set anyone on fire in prison, he got enough “good-time credit” and was released early on October 5, 2022.
Sex offender records describe him as “Black, with black hair, and brown eyes, stands 6 feet, 4 inches, and weighs 305 pounds.” He’s also notoriously “non-compliant.” His mom is urging him to turn himself in.
She hopes that if he does, he’ll eventually get released again someday, instead of being shot by police. He has a gun, she relates, though he claims he’s going to sell it. She sent him a text message on Tuesday. “I told him to turn himself in because they’re going to kill him,” 72-year-old Scarlett Billingsley informs reporters.
