OSHA backed down while appearing to act tough. Faced with truck drivers, cops, and fire fighters who refuse to get the jab, even if they’re fired over it, the palace decided to re-think their strategy. New guidelines have been issued pushing the deadline back until after Christmas. You can avoid the jab if you want, for a fee. This proves it’s a bunch of bull because by January, everyone who can get the crud will get get the crud, vaccinated or not.
OSHA ’emergency temporary standard’
The emergency over at OSHA is that nobody wants to inject the Kool-Aid. Everyone who wants a shot has pretty much had one by now and they’re already booking appointments for the booster of the month club.
The ones who haven’t been vaccinated won’t get one unless they’re tortured into it. Chicago was forced to fire a whole bunch of cops who refused, but so far, they’re still working. The situation is the same in New York City with the firefighters.
OSHA administrators made it crystal clear they’re acting under direct orders from the palace. His Imperial Wisdom Joe Biden declared that they do something, fast.

At Biden’s “request,” the Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued “an emergency temporary standard.” On Thursday, November 4, they demanded that “private companies with 100 or more employees” force their workers into compliance.
The thing that gives everyone a way out of shutting down the country for Christmas is a legal “technicality.” The OSHA rule isn’t “effective” until “officially posted to the federal register and enduring a public comment period.”
As the Federalist points out, any “businesses that want to give their employees the illusion of the choice to reject the shot are allowed to implement an exception policy.” It will cost a bundle to the offending worker.

Regular testing and a mask
According to OSHA, “anyone who doesn’t get the jab must ‘undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at work in lieu of vaccination.'”
The thing that gives Joe Biden an evil grin is the phrase the “agency will not require businesses that provide the second option to their employees to pay for the testing or masks.” If you can’t afford the tests, then it’s back to the no jab, no job extortion.
OSHA stands firm that businesses must comply by January 4, or else. After the two month “emergency” pause, each and every company with more than 100 employees will be fined “up to $14,000” for every holdout still breathing. Of course, the corpses are expected to be piling up in the streets by then.

Nobody seems to want to listen to the science which says vaccines aren’t stopping the spread of Covid. Science also says you are better off to catch it. Provided you live through it, that is. The odds are in your favor. Dying from Covid happens for healthy people less frequently than winning lotto prizes.
Kyle Sammin tweeted about how senseless the OSHA move is at this point. “Another month with no ’emergency’ regulation and now they say it won’t be out until 2022. Any court should reject the idea that there is an emergency justification when the gov’t can’t be bothered to even issue the thing.”
The Federalist agrees that “data clearly shows that getting the COVID-19 jab does not mean you can’t contract and spread the virus. As a matter of fact, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that while it’s at a much lower rate than unvaccinated cases, breakthrough cases, hospitalizations, and even deaths occur in people who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.”
