The National Archives officially admits that they’re “in possession of nearly 5,400 emails, electronic records and documents.” The thing that makes them so special is the fact they all have one of Joe Biden’s phony aliases on them and dates that prove he was Vice President when he used them.
Archives confirms results
Not only did Joe Biden use fake names while serving as second in command to Barack Obama, he used them a heck of a lot, the National Archives confirms. The Southeastern Legal Foundation sent them a FOIA request for “emails pertaining to the accounts of Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters, and JRB Ware.”
Those names recently surfaced in the news but SLF was asking about them in June 2022. What’s surprising is the treasure trove of official documents bearing one of those names.
Responding to the FOIA request, the Archives admitted that “it is in possession of nearly 5,400 emails, electronic records and documents” matching the search terms.

The news broke on Monday, August 28 when the nonprofit constitutional legal group filed suit to get their hands on all the actual messages. SLF is convinced that they’ll show “that Biden forwarded government information and discussed government business with his son, Hunter Biden, and others.”
“All too often,” SLF general counsel Kimberly Hermann notes in a statement, “public officials abuse their power by using it for their personal or political benefit. When they do, many seek to hide it.”
That’s what it looks like the archives are trying to do. “The only way to preserve governmental integrity is for NARA to release Biden’s nearly 5,400 emails to SLF and thus the public. The American public deserves to know what is in them.”
Dragging their feet
It’s even more crucial now that Joe Biden is about to be impeached. The activist group is accusing NARA of having “dragged its feet” since responding to their June 2022 FOIA request. The response came days after they got it but over a year later “not a single email has been produced.”
That’s not proper but seems to be standard practice. The National Archives has been caught more than once bending over backwards to protect Joe Biden. Particularly when it comes to his alleged classified document collection.
All they ever heard came from Stephannie Oriabure, the director of NARA’s archival operations division, dated June 24, 2022.

“We have performed a search of our collection for Vice Presidential records related to your [June 9, 2022] request and have identified approximately 5,138 email messages, 25 electronic files and 200 pages of potentially responsive records that must be processed in order to respond to your request.” They had a year to process them, now the archives needs to cough them up.
SLF isn’t the only ones demanding that NARA turn over those records. The House Oversight Committee desperately wants to get their hands on them as well. Earlier in August, Chairman James Comer demanded the National Archives fork over “over any unredacted records in which Joe Biden used a pseudonym during his vice presidency as part of his probe into the role the former vice president played in Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings.”
After what we learned today, they better not try to tell Congress they couldn’t find anything. They already know from Hunter’s laptop that “Joe Biden used the email address ‘[email protected]‘ while he was Obama’s second-in-command and that his aide John Flynn cc’d Hunter on 10 emails containing the elder Biden’s daily schedule between May 18 and June 15, 2016.” That, most rational people say, proves they were working together on something.
