The alphabet crew is under attack.

The Biden administration is clearly weaponizing certain aspects of the government against the American people.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) appears ready to try to take one of them out.

All-out Assault

Gaetz is introducing legislation to abolish the ATF.

This would be the agency likely used by Biden to start taking our guns back.

The ATF has already started to introduce rules regarding firearms that many 2A groups are up in arms about.

The move to end pistol braces was the last straw for Gaetz.

He stated, “The continued existence of the ATF is increasingly unwarranted based on the actions they’re taking to convert otherwise law-abiding people into felons.

“My bill would abolish the ATF. If that doesn’t work, we’re going to try defunding the ATF.

“If that doesn’t work, we’re going to target the individual bureaucrats at the top of the ATF who have exceeded their authority in rulemaking.

“And if that doesn’t work, we’re going to take a meat cleaver to the statutes that the ATF believes broadly authorize their actions.”

Gaetz has actually already penned a piece of legislation on this front…

Gaetz added, “I think they are under the flawed conception that a stabilizing brace increases the lethality or danger of a pistol.

“It seems the ATF is on a snipe hunt for regulatory action that virtue signals to the anti-gun left, but that has no real practical safety impact on Americans.”

He concluded, “We’re hearing this very loudly from our constituents, and the reason I filed this bill is, frankly, I think that the ATF should have to justify their existence at all.”

Watch the back and forth between these two during the hearing how the ATF representative just kept trying to justify actions rather than be held accountable…

Gaetz is not well-liked or respected by many in the House, especially after his stand against McCarthy, so it will be interesting to see if he is successful here.
