The Biden Administration just made themselves another enemy. Following the acquittal of all 16 articles of impeachment filed against him in the Texas House of Representatives, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has immediately returned to work. His first order of business? On Saturday, September 16, Paxton wrote a letter addressed to President Biden where he warned the Biden Administration to “buckle up”, because he will not be letting their ‘lawless policies’ continue to go unchallenged.
This trial has been heavily criticized for violating traditional Texas impeachment procedures as accused lawmakers were previously entitled to a fair hearing with cross examination and defense counsel allowed.
MY OH MY – Did you read the scathing letter that AG Ken Paxton wrote to the Biden administration after he was acquitted at the impeachment trial – Paxton is fearless – That's why we love him.

The lengthy impeachment process against Paxton was kicked off this summer after liberal House Speaker Dade Phelan initiated an investigation into allegations that he abused his office for personal gain.
The proceedings cost taxpayers millions of dollars but came up empty handed as the Texas Senate voted not guilty on all charges.
Paxton himself took aim at Phelan’s decision in his letter addressing President Biden accusing them both of weaponizing the impeachment process for political gain. He also promised that any lawless activity by the administration will be met with resistance from him going forward.
In response to this abuse of power, Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick has proposed an amendment to the state constitution which would ensure that any future impeachments are done fairly and according to established protocol. He argues that allowing people to say whatever they want without repercussions encourages perjury and other illegal activities that should be avoided when it comes time for lawmakers or government officials to face trials such as these one day again in the future.
It seems clear that Ken Paxton is wasting no time getting down business following his acquittal over charges brought against him via impeachment. Having gone through a process which defied established precedent – and cost taxpayers millions – it appears he now intends to hold those responsible accountable for their actions, especially those involved with colluding against him within The White House.
