The CEO of Pfizer, Albert Bourla, is already out on his media tour, making a stop on left-wing CNBC to fear monger about the Omicron variant, telling the American people that they already need to get a fourth COVID shot.
Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla is now pushing a fourth dose of the COVID vaccine when Americans that are still buying in to the vaccine hype are barely now getting their third shot. He had previously projected that a fourth shot may be needed 12 months after the third dose, but on December 8th, he announced that the Omicron variant could accelerate that timeline.
“With Omicron we need to wait and see because we have very little information. We may need it faster,” Bourla told CNBC’s “Squawk Box.”
“When we see real-world data, will determine if the Omicron is well covered by the third dose and for how long,” the Big Pharma CEO added. “And the second point, I think we will need a fourth dose.”
On December 7th, Bourla spoke out about his concern over how fast the Omicron variant is spreading.
“I don’t think it’s good news to have something that spreads fast,” he told the Wall Street Journal. “Spreads fast means it will be in billions of people and another mutation may come. You don’t want that.”
What Bourla doesn’t mention is, the Omicron variant has so far manifested as a very mild variant. It is highly transmissible, but has very mild symptoms. Overall, it would appear that COVID is mutating to become less deadly, which may be a good thing in the end.
Regardless, the question is: do we believe the Pfizer CEO? Of course his solution to the problem is a fourth dose of the vaccine, it means more money for him. If people are just now getting the third dose, and now they are being told to go right back and get a fourth, that just means a fifth dose can come even sooner. This will be a never-ending moneymaker for Pfizer.
