Devon Archer has already agreed to give a transcribed interview to the House Oversight Committee. The only terms left to negotiate involve the timing. Hunter Biden’s business partner might be working on a last ditch effort to avoid a year and a day in jail. He’s already been convicted, sentenced and lost all his appeals. The only card he has left to play is his intimate knowledge of Biden family finances. That might be worth quite a bit to James Comer and his panel. They might not be able to get him out of the jam he’s already in but they could grant him immunity on whatever he gives them on the Bidens. A year is nothing compared to what he could get later.
Devon Archer plans to testify
The Biden family can laugh it off and hide behind their secret service agents but that won’t stop Devon Archer from talking to the House Oversight Committee. Hunter Biden’s former business partner “is in talks” with the panel to “testify about his knowledge of” Biden family “business dealings in countries including Russia and Ukraine.”
Since he held down a seat on the Burisma board of directors for a million bucks a year he’s become a convicted felon.
He swears up and down his shady partners swindled the Oglala Sioux behind his back but the jury didn’t believe he was innocent. Back when Joe was Vice President, he was thick as thieves with Hunter Biden and “a central figure in the dealings” of the entire Biden family.

According to a source familiar with the back and forth, Archer “seems receptive to speaking with committee staff about what he knows.”
On Monday, June 12, Chairman Comer officially issued the subpoena for the Archer to appear for a deposition. It said to show up Friday but “he will instead be allowed to negotiate a later appearance.”
He’s cooperating and that’s the important part. Unlike what Christopher Wray and Antony Blinken have been putting them through lately. “We are in contact with his attorney to schedule it for another date.”
Flesh out gaps
The most important part of this revelation is that Archer is expected to testify about Joe and Hunter Biden’s alleged $10 million bribe. He was smack in the middle of that deal. There are allegedly tapes which indicate Joe told the owner of Burisma if he wanted his problem prosecutor to go away he had to put Hunter and Devon on the board for $1 Million each, per year.
Then for $10 million split equally between Joe and Hunter, Joe would get Viktor Shokin fired and Mykola Zlochevsky’s multi-millions unfrozen. That’s apparently exactly what happened.
Archer and Hunter Biden both joined the board of the Ukrainian gas and energy company in early 2014, despite the fact neither of them knew anything about the energy business. Hunter was heavy into crack cocaine and hookers at the time. Joe just happened to be in charge of U.S. policy for Ukraine. Another thing that Devon can shed some light on is what’s up with Yelena Baturina. She was married to the Mayor of Moscow and ended up with a bundle when he died.

The lonely widow turned to Hunter in her hour of grief and apparently made him some sort of pet. The relationship apparently resulted in “an alleged $3.5 million transfer from Baturina that surfaced during the 2020 presidential election.” For some strange reason, she’s one of only two Russian billionaires who escaped U.S. sanctions after Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine. Everyone’s been wondering why and we might find out soon.
Coincidentally that money transfer happened on Valentine’s Day in 2014. Soon, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer met with the lonely widow “at Lake Como in Italy.” The following year, “Baturina was invited to and according to an eyewitness attended an April 16, 2015, dinner at Washington’s Cafe Milano restaurant with Vice President Biden.”
That little get together “also included Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi, according to his thank-you email to Hunter the next day, and a trio of Kazakhstani business reps, two of whom posed for a photo with the Bidens.” Kazakhstan is a key player in the Uranium One deal, but that’s an entirely different scandal.
