Fox News Star Arrested!

Fox News Chief National Correspondent, Ed Henry, has been arrested on DUI charges.

This comes after he was fired from the news channel in 2020 due to an alleged sexual misconduct incident that had occurred in 2017.

Fox News terminated their employment relationship with Ed Henry in July 2020 over a “willful sexual misconduct” allegation made by Jennifer Eckhart, an associate producer at the network. She accused him of rape during the summer of 2020.

After being fired from Fox News due to the sexual misconduct allegations, it appears that further misfortune followed as police records show he was arrested on DUI charges mid-June in West Palm Beach County.

According to reports posted by the West Palm Beach Police Department, around 8 PM on June 20th a sheriff’s deputy pulled Henry over when they witnessed his black Cadillac Escalade driving down the road with a flat tire on its front side—causing one vehicle to swerve out of its way in order to avoid being hit by it.

While talking with him deputies noticed the smell of alcohol coming from his breath and observed glazed eyes and slurred speech, confirming suspicions he had been drinking earlier in the evening between 6:00-7:00 PM near Singer Island according to reports.

He also failed sobriety tests and the results of a breathalyzer test came out slightly below .08 legal limit but proved sufficient enough evidence for law enforcement officers to arrest Henry.

However it remains unclear if this latest incident will affect ongoing court proceedings related to Eckhart’s claims against him, which are still pending resolution as both parties await the court outcome later this year.

Given recent events involving Ed Henry it appears that justice may be served whether through criminal prosecution or civil litigation.
