The performance of city schools in Baltimore is so terrible that local activists have declared it a clear case of “Black-on-Black crime.” Pastor P.M. Smith visited the Fox News studio to file his report.
Schools cover up criminal scores
Baltimore public schools appear to be pulling a cover-up of their criminally low test scores. The dismal numbers were posted online in a database, then parents got a look at them and started freaking out. Suddenly, the numbers went away and were replaced by asterisks.
The city is apparently too embarrassed to admit that not a single student across 23 campuses is “proficient in math.” They won’t even talk about reading scores.
When local pastor P.M. Smith heard about both the hideous numbers and their subsequent cover-up, he took his case to “Fox & Friends First.” Once he got the camera’s full attention, he accused Baltimore city officials, all of whom are Black, of “stealing” from “their own community.”

They were handed $1.6 billion to fund the schools with. Instead of teaching the solid basics, they’re indoctrinating students in gender-bending psychological birth control methods.
“They’re stealing. What’s happening in Baltimore City is Black-on-Black crime,” Smith declared on Wednesday, April 19. The schools are one of the most important parts of their community and it’s being destroyed from within.
“The CEO is African American. The mayor is African American. The president of the city council is African American. Police commissioner is African American. What’s happening in this city is Black-on-Black crime, especially if we talk about our education system. We’re in trouble. They think we’re stupid.”
Change voting pattern
Not only is Black city leadership “treating us like we’re stupid,” Pastor Smith maintains, “that will continue as long as we keep putting the same type of person back in the office year after year after year.” The only way to fix the schools is vote Republican. “That won’t change until we change. We got to change our voting pattern.” Democrats have been keeping Afro-Americans on a plantation politically and dumbing them down makes them easier to control.
“Here in Baltimore, in the state of Maryland, there’s only one party. That’s the Democrat party. They are loyal to their donors, and they use us as voters. That will not change until we change. Don’t put them back.”
When the Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program data came out for 2022, it showed that in 23 schools across the district, not a single student could do basic math. On top of that, “93% of third through eighth graders tested below grade level in math.” As soon as parents started to see them, and complain, the numbers “were replaced by asterisks in the online database.” Big Brother thought that would solve the problem but it only made things worse. Smith and all the parents in the city are outraged.

“When we talk accountability, there are two Cs- number one, a choice, somebody made a choice to redact the name, the number of students, and the test scores,” Smith explains. “The consequence is the other C. When you do that, when there’s a certain arrogance that borderlines ignorance, and you think I’m the ignorant one, there’s a consequence. We don’t put you back in the same place.”
“It’s dangerous to the future of America,” Smith insists. “It’s dangerous to the future of families. Education is the great equalizer. It’s the great elevator. I’m a product of a great education in a segregated school system.”
They handed educators “$21,000 per student and we get zero. What are we talking about? Zero from the fifth grade to the 12th grade, and of the 23 schools, 12 of them were high schools.” Those kids won’t be going off to MIT. “Our children are being failed by government schools.“
