Florida has filed a lawsuit against Attorney General Merrick Garland for blocking the state’s investigation into Ryan Routh, the deranged leftist who attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump on his West Palm Beach golf course.
Following the second assassination attempt against Trump, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) announced that his state would be launching its own investigation into the incident, as many Americans no longer trust the federal government to be impartial when it comes to Trump — especially because the assassin had somehow avoided charges for numerous crimes over the years, while also having connections to the Ukraine war effort and likely to the CIA.
If @MikeBenzCyber is right about the second attempted Trump assassin then things just got a whole lot messier. Here he connects the dots on Ryan Routh’s links to CIA, DOD and the State Department. This is massive if true and Benz has a great track record. pic.twitter.com/rHGrwyQQ1Y

Soon after the announcement, those concerns were proven true — as the Biden-Harris administration was reportedly refusing to cooperate with Florida.
To absolutely no one's surprise – the alphabet boys are not being cooperative with Florida law enforcement investigating the assassination attempt of President Trump.

In response to the federal government’s demands for Florida to cease its investigation into the second Trump assassination attempt, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody (R) announced that she had filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against Garland for blocking the probe.
Moody explained the decision in a press release on Thursday, writing: “The State of Florida has been clear that a dual-track investigation would be in the best interest of all parties involved. It is not lost on us that the American people have concerns about federal agencies exclusively handling this matter while simultaneously investigating and attempting to prosecute President Trump. Given that the Department of Justice is preventing our independent investigation from proceeding, we filed suit to ensure that Florida can take appropriate action to enforce its laws.”

According to Florida, the DOJ blocked state authorities from interviewing witnesses in the case and ordered them to instead cooperate with the federal investigation. In the lawsuit, Moody explained that Florida is suing to “vindicate its sovereign interest to investigate violations of state law, as delay may impact the outcome of any prosecution.”
In the federal case, Routh has been charged with attempted assassination of a major presidential candidate, possessing a gun while being a felon, and several other counts. He has pleaded not guilty despite being seen with a rifle hiding in the bushes of Trump’s golf course just 100-200 yard away from the former president, and despite having outlined his plans to assassinate Trump in a note that also offered a $150,000 bounty to anyone who could carry out the plan if he did not succeed.

Why would the DOJ release Ryan Routh’s letter in which he offers a $150,000 bounty to whoever successfully assassinates President Trump?
Seems like the DOJ wants to inspire other assassins.… https://t.co/k04AdbAj9Q pic.twitter.com/ccIlZB5Iu7
