So, who would be the favorite in 2024 if DeSantis does not run?
I am speaking outside of Trump, of course.
Many believe that would be Mike Pompeo.
And I would say after a recent comment by Pompeo, he has already decided to run.

The thing is, Pompeo does not have enough juice to take down Trump.
He is giving a big speech this weekend at the Republican Jewish Coalition’s event.
He is supposed to outline his plan for the future, but regardless of how that goes, does he really think he can take on Trump and win?
I don’t see that happening, but I do see some interesting battles between these two if Pompeo does ultimately decide to get into this race.
