Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is finally back in the Senate.
With calls for her resignation coming from fellow party members, she surely felt the pressure to get back.
The sad reality of this is that Feinstein was nowhere near 100 percent ready, looking as sickly as I have ever seen her in her return.
Horrifying
Feinstein looked like she belonged in an ICU, not in the Senate.
She is back, however, to help Senator Schumer (D-N.Y.) push through judiciary appointments.
The truly horrifying part about this return is that Schumer looked as pleased as pie that he got her to fly across the country in this condition…
This was done because the GOP has been pushing back hard against Biden’s judiciary appointments that are unqualified to sit on the bench.
One of the judges that was just pushed through committee did not even know what Articles II and V were of the Constitution.
Senator Cruz (R-TX) just about lost it, stating, “When Sen. Kennedy asked her what Article V of the Constitution was, she had no idea. Sen. Kennedy asked what Article II of the Constitution was, she said, ‘I don’t know.’
“Mind you, Article II is the provision of the Constitution that creates the president, the executive branch of the government.
“Any first-year law student that didn’t know what Article II of the Constitution was would flunk Con law.
“This is not some obscure question about some Latin phrase one should know — this is literally the basic architecture of our Constitution.”
