The mainstream media’s worst nightmare, attorney Sidney Powell, went on a scorched earth campaign by filing a 104 page document with the Georgia courts where her writing reaches a rare form of Kraken releasing rhetoric.
Sidney Powell terrifies liberals
The mainstream media is afraid to tangle with Sidney Powell. Every time they think they have her boxed in a corner, her Kraken beats them back.
She sent her paralegal down to the Georgia courthouse on Friday with 104 pages of argument, case law and supporting affidavits “detailing her allegations about the Georgia election.” One just like it was filed in Michigan.
Ms. Powell believes that the court should toss the state’s election certification in the trash and order all the voting machines “impounded.”
Then there are the absentee ballots. At least 96,600 of those should go straight into the shredder. They were counted even though there isn’t any record of them being received. Who knows where they came from?
The lawsuit Ms. Powell filed “brings to light a massive election fraud,” along with “multiple violations of Georgia laws,” and “multiple Constitutional violations.”
To win in court, all plaintiffs need to show is that “there were enough irregular ballots to place in doubt the result.”

A pattern of election fraud
The systemic abuse isn’t confined to Georgia. The same pattern of election fraud and voter fraud happened “in all the swing states with only minor variations.” In Arizona “at least 35,000 votes were illegally added to Mr. Biden’s vote count.”
Powell notes, it was an obvious “scheme and artifice to defraud.” The only purpose was “illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as President of the United States.” They used more than one technique but one was much more effective than others.
The “most fundamentally troubling, insidious, and egregious” is the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned “ballot stuffing.” High tech, computer enhanced, “amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose.” Biden got so many votes that it is mathematically impossible.
Dominion Voting Systems made the election equipment used in all the key places. They have indirect links which were carefully concealed with another company called Sequoia.
The same code used by Sequoia most likely made its way into Dominion machines. Powell wants to impound the machines and feed them to her Kraken. Forensic analysis could tell for sure what the experts are already convinced of.
Smartmatic machines, Powell asserts, are a precursor design to the Dominion equipment and were specifically designed “in such a way that the system could change the vote of each voter without being detected.”
The voter could thumbprint their vote and the machine would track that vote in case anyone ever questioned it. Then it got sneaky. It would then create extra votes that didn’t track back to any particular voter.
An expert signed an affidavit saying that “the system would have to be setup to not leave any evidence of the changed vote for a specific voter and that the name or the fingerprint or thumb print was going with a changed vote.”
