Another new disgusting scandal has surfaced…this time within the CIA. 47-year-old Brian Raymond, a former CIA officer, has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting 25 women and is now facing some serious charges. In an attempt to defend himself, Raymond has called on memory experts who have previously testified in the infamous trials of Bill Cosby and Ghislaine Maxwell.
In recent filings, Raymond said he was planning to call Professor Deborah Davis from University of Nevada who specializes in the “workings of human memory when under the influence of alcohol” as well as address the issue of consent when such person is under the influence.
Also testifying at the trial will be Dr. Elizabeth Loftus, an expert in “creation of false memories”, who has previously testified in both Harvey Weinstein’s rape trial and Ghislaine Maxwell’s federal sex trafficking case – both were eventually convicted. Her primary aim will be to convince jurors that they should not believe recollections provided by Raymond’s alleged victims.
The investigation into Raymond began back in May 2020 after police responded to reports that there was a naked woman screaming on his balcony at his Embassy-rented apartment located in Mexico City – she had no memory of what had taken place that night but he allegedly drugged her before raping her.
After resigning from his position with the CIA, FBI agents obtained a search warrant for his phones which revealed hundreds of videos and photographs which showed him molesting unconscious women over 15 years period across U.S., Mexico, as well as four other undisclosed countries (due to national security concerns).
He was arrested in October 2020 and has remained behind bars since then due to bail rejection by U.S District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly due to evidence showing sexual predator behavior on dating applications with intent to drug unsuspecting women followed by abuse without their knowledge or ability recall what happened afterwards.
She also mentioned several depraved clips where it showed him touching victim’s body parts while she struggled to breathe indicating fetish behavior for rendering people unconscious before manipulating them by forcing open their eyelids positioning limbs etc.
Several searches related to Ambien and alcohol side effects were found on his devices along with “passed out black girl”, “deep sleep” & “passed out carried”.
Raymond is set up for trial this November 8th however, his lawyer Denise Giraudo filed motion asking for date pushback until April 2024 citing government refusal provide names/locations/intoxicants used/administering process information needed effectively prepare defense against allegations made against him so far.
